The BEST Jambalaya Recipe Ever!
In today's video I'm making a very easy and delicious new Orleans most famous dish Jambalaya. This is Hands-down the best jambalaya recipe! It is surprisingly easy to make, customizable with your favorite proteins (I used shrimp and Andouille sausage), and full of bold, zesty, Cajun jambalaya flavors that everyone will love. 10-15 Large shrimp
1 cup celery
1 cup green bell pepper
1 cup onion
Andouille sausage
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil 1
1 Tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
2 Bay leaf
2 cups of jasmine rice
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon minced garlic
14 ounce diced tomato
2 tablespoons olive oil

Olive and Tomato Pasta
An intense tomato sauce, perked up with capsicum, spices and herbs plays host to perfectly cooked farfalle, which makes the ensemble look very attractive indeed. Dotted with black olives and seasoned with red chilli flakes, the Olive and Tomato Pasta becomes all the more tempting when garnished with grated cheese. As far as possible, prepare this dish just before serving to enjoy the maximum flavour and aroma of the spices. When it’s not possible to do so, keep the pasta and sauce ready in advance, but assemble and garnish it just before serving.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
For The Tomato Sauce
2 cups blanched , deseeded and chopped
tomato , refer handy tip
2 tbsp oil
1 bayleaf (tejpatta)
6 whole peppercorns (kalimirch)
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
Other Ingredients
1 cup cooked farfalle
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped black olives
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste
For The Garnish
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
Method
For the tomato sauce
1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the bayleaf and peppercorns and sauté on
a medium flame for a few seconds.
2. Add the capsicum and sauté for a few more minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water and simmer on a medium flame for 5 to
7 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
4. Add the oregano, tomato purée, tomato ketchup, sugar and salt, mix well and
cook for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Keep aside.
How to proceed
1. Heat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the prepared tomato sauce,
black olives, cream and chilli flakes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to
3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
2. Add the farfalle and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2
minutes, while stirring occasionally.
3. Serve immediately garnished with grated cheese.
Handy tip:
1. 8 large sized tomatoes when blanched and deseeded will yield approximately 2
cups of chopped tomatoes.

Cheesy vegetable pasta, this pasta is colourful tasty and cheesy, perfect to serve kids and adults. . . Make it as close to serving time to enjoy the pasta more. . .

Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked pasta (penne)
1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup thinly sliced coloured capsicum
(red, yellowand green)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 cheese slices
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
For Serving
garlic bread
Method
1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the capsicum and sauté on a
medium flame for 2 minutes.
2. Add the pasta, milk, salt, pepper, corn and cheese slices, mix well and cook on
a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
3. Serve immediately with garlic bread.

Ingredients:
1¼ lb boneless & skinless chicken breasts, grilled & thinly sliced
1-16 oz jar cheese spread, preferably Cheez Whiz
1-16 oz box penne pasta, cooked & cooled
1-15 oz can black beans, drained
6 oz tomatoes, chopped
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup white wine
1 clove of garlic, minced
4 tbsp green chili pepper, minced
4 tbsp yellow onion, minced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp red chili pepper, minced
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp granulated sugar
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp ground cumin
Salt & ground white pepper to taste
To Serve:
Green onions, chopped
⬇️ How to make Copycat Ruby Tuesday's Sonoran Chicken Pasta ⬇️
0:12 Combine the cheese spread with the cream in a small saucepan over medium to low heat. Stir the cheese often until it melts and becomes smooth. Set aside.
0:25 Heat up your oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, all chili peppers, and onions. Saute until translucent.
0:45 Deglaze with white wine and reduce briefly.
0:56 Add the cheese sauce, sugar, and cumin. Bring sauce to a simmer and continue simmering, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld and incorporate for roughly 5 to 7 minutes.
1:15 Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.
1:28 Melt your butter in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add paprika and rost briefly.
1:44 Remove the pan from the heat, then add your pasta and toss to combine. Return back to the heat and warm through.
2:09 To assemble your dish, transfer roughly ¼ of the pasta and pour about ⅓ cup of cheese sauce over the pasta.
2:18 Place roughly 5 oz cooked and sliced chicken breasts on top.
2:28 Add ⅓ cup of the black beans over the chicken.
2:38 Add roughly ¼ cup of chopped tomatoes to the beans.
