1 lb Ricotta Cheese (skim milk is
-good) 4 oz Mozzarella, grated
4 oz Romano, grated
1 1/2 c Parmesan, grated
3 Eggs, whole or whites only
2 lb Pasta, homemade & fresh is
-best. In StrIPS!!!!!!! 1 qt Chicken broth, VERY strong!
Salt & Pepper to taste. Parmesan Cheese for topping Tomatoe sauce, spaghetti -sauce in a pinch. Should be -smooth. Yards of string Yards of CHEESECLOTH !!!! Make the cheese filling. Simply mix all the cheeses and then add the BEATEN eggs or egg whites. Make sure the harder cheeses are grated. They mix better that way. This is a relatively bland mixture as is but don't worry. Make the pasta. Use your favorite recipe. Green pasta is really neat for the effect. God knows the taste is great too. Cut the pasta into ABOUT 6" wide stips. The length is according to what it's for. If your serving this for dinner make the strips about 18" long. For appetizers or side dishes then only make them 6" to 10" long. Now simply lay out a piece of pasta. Smear filling on it. Like frosting a cake. EXCEPT leave about

How to Make Italian Stuffed Pasta Rolls
Elegant but easy. Lasagna, spread with a spinach mixture, rolled up and covered with balsamella sauce, then baked. This looks fantastic on the table and tastes delicious. Have plenty of balsamella on the table for extra garnish.

Chicken Alfredo Roll-Ups | Delish
Chicken Alfredo roll-ups is the week night dinner you've been searching for-look no further.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a large casserole dish and set aside.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Whisk the flour into the butter and garlic and cook until the mixture is bubbling and golden, 1 minute more. Gradually pour in milk, whisking constantly. Bring mixture to a simmer, then stir in cream cheese and Parmesan. Let simmer until the sauce thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and about 1 teaspoon of parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then stir in shredded chicken.
3. Spoon a thin layer of sauce onto the bottom of the baking dish.
4. Lay cooked noodles in a single layer on a cutting board or baking sheet. Spread chicken Alfredo mixture on each noodle, then roll up the lasagna noodle. Lay the roll-ups in the baking dish seam side-down. Spoon more sauce on top of the roll-ups.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and beginning to brown. Garnish with more parsley and serve warm.

3 tbsp. butter (plus more greasing the dish)
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. milk (preferably 2% or whole)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan
8 cooked lasagna noodles
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Ingredients :
1) Dough (link :
2) Cheese
3) Seasoning
4) Pizza-Pasta sauce
Procedure :
1) Take a ball of the dough and flatten it like a chapatti.
2) Once it's done, spread pizza-pasta sauce all over it.
3) After applying sauce, put pasta in the center of the sheet.
4) Now sprinkle some seasoning and cheese over pasta.
5) Roll the sheet from side to side.
Baking :
Preheat at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
Bake the rolls for 10-15 minutes at same temperature.
Now they are ready to be served!
