1/2 lb Uncooked Pasta 1/3 c Olive Oil 4 Garlic Cloves 1/2 ts Basil (fresh, chopped) 1/4 c Parsley (fresh, chopped) 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese 1) Cook pasta until Al Dente, keep warm 2) Heat oil in 10" skillet over low heat. Add garlic, cook slowly and gently till light gold. Remove from heat and stir in parsley and basil. 3) Add hot pasta to skillet, toss to coat evenly. 4) Serve immediately with cheese.

300g (10.5 Ounces) - Spaghetti ( I use Barilla no.5) 1/3 Cup (80ml) - High Quality Olive Oil 6 - Cloves of Garlic, Thinly Sliced 1/4 Bunch (10g) - Flat Leaf Parsley, Finely Chopped 1 tsp (1g) - Dried Chilli Flakes Seasoning to Taste
Traditionally this recipe isn't served with and cheese but by all means add some freshly grated Parmesan to top this off.
