-warmed in Microwave 2 minutes on high. 1 c SUGAR
1/4 c CORNSTARCH
5 JUMBO EGGS, out of shell and
-warmed for 25 Seconds on high. 1 (1 lb) can PEACHES, drained
-and pureed 1/3 c AMARETTO or GRAND MARNIER
-LIQUEUR 1/2 c HEAVY CREAM

Ingredients
CRUST:
2-4 Cups Crushed graham crackers
1/2 Stick Butter Melted
PEACH COBBLER FILLING:
1/2 Stick Butter
1 Large can of sliced peaches
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 Light Brown Sugar
1/2-1 tsp Salt
1/2-1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
3-6 Tbsp or more Hennessy
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp+1/4 Cup water=Cornstarch Slurry
1/2 cooked pie crust (Optional)
CHEEESCAKE FILLING:
2 Blocks of Cream Cheese
1 can sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Flour
2 Eggs
**Chef's Note**-Fresh peaches are best, however for quickness and if peaches are not in season yet use canned peaches or frozen, garnish with more sliced peaches and fresh whipped cream**

1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg for batter (optional)
6 eggs
3/4 C Butter milk
2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 C Butter flavored shortening
2 15 oz cans peaches in heavy syrup
cinnamon nutmeg
lemon
3 oz cream cheese
3 tbsp butter
peach juice
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 c powdered sugar
