How To make Peach Sauce
3 Peaches; peeled, or
3 cups frozen peach slices,
1 c Fresh-squeezed orange juice
2 tb Cornstarch
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
Recipe by: The New McDougall Cookbook Preparation Time: 0:15 If using fresh peaches, slice two of them. Set aside. Coarsely chop the remaining peach. Fro frozen fruit, set aside 2 cups. Pour the orange juice into a blender. Add the chopped peach or 1 cup of the sliced frozen peaches. Blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan; add the cornstarch and nutmeg. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the remaining sliced peaches. Heat through. Serve warm. 41 calories, 0.1 grams fat per 1/2 cup serving.

A sweet, smokey and spicy delight! This delicious smoked sauce is made of fiery habaneros, sweet peaches and aromatic spices. Smoked for a few hours and cooked over a hardwood fire. Irresistibly delicious and spicy!
Recipe
∙ 3 cans of canned peaches (with syrup)
∙ 5 Habanero peppers
∙ Salt and pepper
∙ 1 onion
∙ 1 head of Garlic ( 12 cloves)
∙ 1 cup peach jam
∙ 1 cup white vinegar
∙ ½ teaspoon Allspice
∙ 1 teaspoon cinnamon
∙ Canola oil

Bourbon Peach Glaze
Simple recipe packed with flavor and goes well with pork.
Recipe:
1 cup apple juice
1 cup peach jelly
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. bourbon
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 Tsp. ground cloves
2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Add ingredients to a small pan and cook over medium heat until jelly is melted. Once melted completely simmer for 10 minutes stirring frequently. After 10 minutes pull off burner and let cool.
Baste on your protein for last 8-10 minutes of your cook before so it doesn’t burn.
