12 sl Bread 3/4 c Peanut butter 6 tb Jelly -=OR=- Jam 3 Eggs 3/4 c Milk 1/4 ts Salt 2 tb Butter -=OR=- Margarine Spread peanut butter on six slices of bread; spread jelly on other six slices of bread. Put one slice of each together to form sandwiches. In mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs; add milk and salt and mix together. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating well. Place in skillet and brown both sides. Serve immediately

How to Fry Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast
We’re not ashamed to admit we love a good PB&J, even though it’s hardly sophisticated. But thanks to the guys over at Food Steez, we’ve discovered a twist to an old classic that will elevate our sandwich game for good—and this means we can now make a PB&J for dinner and call it cooking.
Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast Recipe
•1 loaf of Brioche bread •3 cage free eggs •2 cups milk •2 tablespoons vanilla extract •2 tsp of cinnamon •2 tbsp of powdered sugar •1 jar of maple syrup •4 tbsp peanut butter •4 tbsp jelly •½ stick of butter Grab a medium mixing bowl and add milk, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine. Heat medium saucepan to medium heat. Once heated, evenly spread a layer of butter.
Quickly dip each side of brioche (slices should be 1-2 inches thick) in wet mixture then add to pan. A quick dip is preferred. If the bread soaks up too much wet mixture then it will flatten out too much. Cook each side for 1-2 minutes and flip when golden brown.
Remove from pan and add an even amount of both peanut butter and jelly to both halves. Sandwich together, cut in half, and top with powdered sugar.
