Comprised entirely of contoured cookies covered with modeling chocolate (or fondant) and festooned with royal icing flowers and leaves, this 12-cookie project is sure to wow. The other plus: it's a lot easier to make than it looks! Though my four-tier version embraces my more-is-more mentality (LOL!), the project can easily be scaled down by making fewer tiers.
