How To make Pepper Cheese Stuffed Burgers
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef (85% lean)
2 oz Monterey Jack Cheese with
/jalapeno pepper,thin sliced 4 ea Hamburger Buns
4 ea Lettuce leaves
4 ea Tomato slices
Salt and Pepper to taste Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions; shape each into 4 inch diameter patties. Place equal amounts of cheese in center of 4 patties. Top with remaining 4 patties; press edges together to seal securely. Place patties on grid over medium coals. Grill 10 to 12 minutes or to desired doneness,turning once. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toast buns on grill on minute, if desired. Arrange one lettuce leaf on each bun bottom; top each with one burger and one tomato slice. Cover with bun tops. Two ounces Monterey Jack cheese and 1/4 cup canned chopped green chillies, drained, may be substituted for Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno peppers. Blue Cheese Stuffed Burgers on the Goldens' Cast Iron | Heath Riles BBQ

WHAT HEATH USED IN THE RECIPE:
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
• Thermapen One
• Royal Oak Charcoal
• Victorinox Fibrox Pro 6-inch Curved Boning Knife
• Goldens' Cast Iron
• Pure and Simple Canola Oil
INGREDIENTS:
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
• Ground Beef
• Blue Cheese Crumbles
• Burger Buns
• Mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS:
1. Get your grill up to temperature of approximately 450-500º. Create a 2-zone fire.
2. Flatten out 8 ground beef patties.
3. Place your blue cheese crumbles on 4 of the patties.
4. Place the other 4 ground beef patties on top of the patties with blue cheese on them.
5. Mold your patties and seal the edges.
6. Coat both sides of your patties in Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
7. Spray your grill grates with canola oil.
8. Place your patties on your grill in the hot zone of your 2-zone fire. Cook for about 10-12 minutes. Flip your burgers halfway through.
9. Toast your burger buns.
10. Build your burger.

Hello. Today I am sharing my stuffed pepper jack cheese grilled burger. It has grilled onions and mushrooms on it with lots of good seasonings for flavor. I grilled everything on my griddle and it comes out juicy and tender.

1 medium onion

Here’s the ingredients you will need:
This recipe the measurements were for 2 burgers ????
1.5 lbs of 80/20 ground beef
2.5 tsps of uncle Chris seasoning
3/4 cream cheese
1 Serrano
1/2 tsp garlic salt & 1/2 tsp pepper (optional, we added in our cream cheese filling)
4 slices of pepper jack cheese (2 in the filling and 2 on burgers after cooked )
