1 pound round steak -- cut in thin strips
1 cup sliced green pepper
1 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup coarsely chopped celery
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon corn starch
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning
In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables. Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
Boneless Beef...... 400 grams
Olive oil...... 2 tablespoon( For marinating the Beef)
Cooking oil...3 tablespoon to fry the beef
Soy sauce( light or dark) 5 tablespoon to marinate the beef & 6 tablespoons to prepare the beef stock
Corn starch......2 tablespoons to marinate the beef and 3 tablespoons to prepare the beef stock
Black pepper.....1 teaspoon depending on your taste to marinate & 1 teaspoon to make the beef stock
1 Red and 1 green bell pepper
pinch of salt
Pepper flaks....half teaspoons depending on taste
Red fresh Chili... 1 medium size red chili
Garlic..... 3 cloves to marinate and 3 cloves to prepare the sauce
Ginger... 1 teaspoon to marinate the beef and 1 teaspoon to make beef sauce
Spring Onions - 1 meduim size
Onions.....1 large size
Beef Seasoning... 1 teaspoon.
Water - 150 ml depending on how thick you want the beef sauce.

~ Pepper Steak~
Ingredients
3.lb Sirlion steak (cut about 1 inch thick)
1/4 Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 medium onion ( cut in rings)
3 tbsp. minced garlic
2 cups.beef broth
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup ginger soy sauce (regular soy sauce works well also)
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 scotch bonnet pepper ( or to your tolerance, or can be omitted)
1 green bell pepper julienne
1 red bell pepper julienne
1 yellow bell pepper julienne
2 medium tomato (cut into wedges)
Instructions
1. Slice the beef into strips 1/4 inch wide. Season beef with all-purpose seasoning, old bay, garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in skillet on medium high and add onion and garlic, stirring until onion is translucent. Remove onions and garlic and set aside.
3. Add oil to pan and saute beef until browned.
4. Add the broth, soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, hot pepper sauce to the skillet, onion and garlic to skillet, stir and simmer on med-low covered for 30 minutes.
5. Add bell pepper and tomatoes.Cover and cook until peppers are crisp/tender -around 5 minutes.

1 Tbsp (15 mL) hot pepper flakes
1 Tbsp (15 mL) dill seed

Mix together all ingredients.
Place in an airtight container, it will keep for 3-4 months.
Makes about ¾ cup.

1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp old bay
1 tsp dry jerk seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 small onion chopped
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/4 cup corn oil (canola oil is ok)
