How To make Pineapple Delights
BASIC RECIPE:
8 oz Digestive biscuits
4 oz Butter
1 oz Sugar
BUTTER ICING:
4 oz Butter
6 oz Icing sugar
TOPPING:
1 cn Drained crushed pineapple
1/2 pt Whipped fresh cream
1. Melt butter and add to crushed biscuits and sugar. Press into swiss roll
tin and put in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. 2. Beat together the butter icing ingredients, and spread onto the top of
the biscuits. 3. Drain the pineapple and spread ontop of the iced biscuits, and cover the
pineapple with fresh whipped cream. 4. Cut into squares.

PINEAPPLE DELIGHT
You should definitely give a try it’s such a refreshing dessert if used fresh pineapple.
Recipe
Add some powdered sugar to chopped pineapple .
Crush 12 vanilla or pineapple flavoured cream biscuits and keep it aside .
Whip 120 ml whipping cream and 80 ml fresh cream together with 1/2 cup condensed milk till you get soft peaks form.
Now divide cream in 2 parts . Keep one part as it is and in other part add 1/4 tsp pineapple essence and just pinch of yellow color . Mix it well.
Now in dessert bowl add bottom layer of crush biscuits followed by some chopped pineapple.
Second layer of plain vanilla cream add some more pineapple.
Third layer of flavoured cream . Garnish with some chopped pineapple. Serve chilled.

Pineapple Delight is the perfect dessert which saves time and effort and at the same time, it delights your sweet buds upto the satisfaction level.
Marie biscuits, cream, pineapple chunks n jelly- its so yuuumm combination.
Lets have an overlook at the ingredients;
▶Marie biscuits 2 half rolls
▶Butter (melted) 4 TSP
▶Chilled CREAM (tetrapack 200 ml) 2 packs
▶Sugar half cup
(Can use 3 TSP of condensed milk as a substitute of sugar, just mix with cream)
▶Pineapple jelly 2 packets
▶Pineapple chunks tin Net weight 565 gms
