INGREDIENTES
- 300g de Harina de trigo.
- 75g de Harina de arroz glutinoso. (harina de arroz para mochi)
- 340 a 370g de Agua tibia. (cantidad depende de clima y humedad)
- 36g de Aceite vegetal.
- 7g de Sal.
- 20g de Azúcar.
- 6g de Levadura instantánea.
- 6 piezas de Salchicha.
- 6 cubitos de Queso. (mozzarella, chihuahua, asadero etc.)
- 6 palitos de madera.
- Panko. (pan molido japonés)
- Fideo de ramen.
- Cheetos flaming hot.

PROCEDIMIENTOS
1.En un bowl pequeño mezclar agua tibia con levadura instantánea, sal, azúcar y aceite .
2.Agregar harina de trigo y harina de arroz glutinoso. Mezclar con una cuchara.
3.Dejar 1 a 2 horas de reposo bien tapado. (hasta que se duplique el volumen)
4.Poner salchichas y quesos en los palitos.
5.Triturar el fideo de ramen y también cheetos.
6.Dejar listo el polvo de bburinkle.
7.Después de 1 a 2 horas mezclar la masa con una cuchara para sacar el gas.
8.Calentar el aceite.
9.Cubrir la salchicha y queso con la masa (con una cuchara)
10.Pasar la banderilla por el panko y freir (original).
11.Pasar la banderilla por el panko, freir y pasar por el polvo bburinkle. (bburinkle)
12.Pasar la banderilla por el ramen y despues por el panko. Freír. (Ramen)
13.Pasar la banderilla por el cheetos triturado y freír. (cheetos)
