1 c Onion, finely minced 3/4 c Garlic, finely minced 2 T Tiger sauce 2 T Worchestershire sauce 2 1/2 T Mustard Blend together all ingredients. The technique used was to stab large holes in a pork roast, massage the sauce into the holes produced and marinate overnight.

Grammie's Memphis BBQ Sauce Recipe - Glen And Friends Cooking Today we're making an old Southern cooking BBQ sauce from my relatives in Memphis Tennessee. This is a recipe that made it's way North in the 1960s and my Mom would make it every year. This year I finally did some digging to find the original.
Grammie's Memphis BBQ Sauce ¼ gallon vinegar (I QT ) 7.5 cups ketchup 2.5 ounces Worcestershire Sauce 1.5 cups white sugar ½ Tablespoon dry mustard 2 teaspoon red pepper 3 cloves garlic - JUST CRUSHED I large onion, cut up I lemon cut up ½ Tablespoon rounded chili powder Cook very slowly 4 hours. Cool. Strain.
Glen's Mom's Version: 1 - 7Lb tin ketchup 5 lemons 16 cups vinegar ⅛ cup dry mustard 1 Tablespoon cayene pepper 2 ½ Tablespoons chili powder 5 large lemons 7 cups sugar 7-8 garlic pods 1 small battle Worcestershire Cook for about 4 hours.

3 lbs pork shoulder sliced into thin pieces BBQ marinade 3 tablespoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning 4 pieces calamansi or 2 pieces lime ½ cup banana ketchup ½ cup soy sauce 2 ½ tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons garlic powder Basting sauce 5 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning 1 piece calamansi or ½ lime ¼ cup banana ketchup 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
EASY PORK BARBECUE WITH JAVA RICE
1 kilo pork meat (tender part) ½ cup soy sauce ¼ cup pineapple juice 1 teaspoon rock salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoons pounded garlic ½ cup brown sugar
Sauce: ¼ c soy sauce ¼ c banana catsup ¼ c peanut butter ¼ c brown sugar ¼ c water
Java rice: 1 tablespoon atsuete powder 2 tablespoons banana catsup 2 tablespoons oyster sauce or soy sauce ¼ cup cooking oil chopped red pimientos 3-4 cups steamed rice
