Macaroni and cheese is such a classic dish and can be made in lots of different ways with lots of additional extras to take the flavours to new heights. In this one, bacon is cooked down to render the fat and the remaining ingredients are then cooked in that fat to create the most beautiful flavour. I hope you enjoy it and thanks for watching!

Serves - 6 To 8

Ingredients -

300g (10.5oz) - Streaky or Back Bacon, Large Diced
2 tsp (20g) - Dijon Mustard
10g (0.3oz) - Thyme, Roughly Chopped
5 - Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped or Minced (Use 4 Cloves)
1 1/2 Cups (375ml) - Chicken or Vegetable Stock
300g (10.5oz) - Macaroni Pasta
2 1/2 Cups (625ml) - Full Fat Milk
1/2 Cup (125ml) - Thickened Cream (Substitute for Full Fat Milk)
1 1/3 Cups (330ml) - Chicken or Vegetable Stock
50g (1.7oz) - Plain (All-Purpose) Flour
200g (7.05oz) - Cheddar Cheese, Grated & Divided
5g (0.2oz) - Flat Leaf Parsley, Roughly Chopped
Seasoning To Taste

Baked Macaroni & Cheese Recipe

LOOK NO FURTHER! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN BEHOLD THE MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE THAT WILL MAKE PEOPLE STALK YO ASS! LOL LITERALLY!!

[1] box of elbow macaroni (16oz)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 brick of Velveeta Cheese (16oz is in the video)
[2] Cans of Evaporated Milk (Not to be confused with condensed milk)
Grounded Annatto (Do Not Use SAZON as a substitute)
Monterey Jack Cheese (For the top)
Foil pan
Butter
Salt

Boil Macaroni
(DO NOT ADD OIL OR BUTTER TO THE WATER)

Preheat oven to 375

*Cheese Sauce*
In a sauce pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter
Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and whisk it.
-This is called a roux. (This is a thickening agent)
Whisk for 2 minutes or until you get a doughy crumb consistency.
Whisk in 1/3 cup of your milk until you get a smooth paste.
Then add the rest of your milk.
Whisk the milk on high heat until it gets warm.
Add Grounded Annatto until you get your desired color.
Add 2 tsp of salt.
Whisk.
Lower Heat.
[Cut the Velveeta block in half.
You'll be using 1 and 1/2 blocks of this.
and Half of your sharp cheese.]
Whisk in all your cheeses.
Turn up to medium high heat and WHISK until the sauce thickens.
When you get your desired thickness pour cheese sauce over Macaroni.

Top with the remainder of Sharp Cheddar Cheese and a 1/3 Block of
Monterey jack.

Bake covered with foil for 10 mins
Take off the foil and bake for another 20 - 30 mins or until the top becomes golden brown.

Three Cheese Macaroni Bake & Slow Cooker Pulled Pork | Southern Family Cooking

Lots of cooking and cleaning happening in today's video y'all! I got a new Nitty Gritty Scrubber to use on the laundry room floor and it is so FUN! ???? For supper we make pulled pork sandwiches and a Three Cheese Macaroni Bake!

Oven Baked Macaroni & Cheese NOTE: This is my basic Baked Mac & Cheese recipe, today I added more cheese and made a little less. This recipe make a 9X13. I also added some crushed crackers and butter on top. ????????
Ingredients:
16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked & drained according to package directions
32 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded mild cheddar cheese
4 Tablespoon butter
1/2 cup to 1 cup of milk
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350. Add all ingredients, except the mild cheddar, into a large bowl and mix well. Pour into a greased 9X13 casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

1kilo Ground Beef
1 Large White Onion
8 cloves Garlic
3tbsp. Oil
500g. Hotdog
1 1/2cup Mushroom slice
1tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2tbsp. Salt
3tbsp. Oyster sauce
2 Packs 1Liter Sweer style Spaghetti sauce
2cups Water
1/2cup Celery

Pastas

2 kilo

White sauce

500ml. Evaporated milk
250ml. All-purpose cream
2 1/2tbsp. Corn starch
1tsp. Ground black Pepper
1 1/2cup Grated Cheese


For toppings

Parsley

Baked in Preheated
180c' for 20mins.
