Today i will show you how to make rice flour pancake recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Rice flour 1 cup
Semolina 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Carrot 2 tbsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Water 3/4 cup (add gradually)
Cover for 5 mins
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Pour batter
Some oil
Cook for 5 mins
Flip
Cook for 2 mins

POTATO PANCAKES
RECIPE IN ENGLISH:
Ingredients:
• Aalo (potatoes) grated 2 large
• Pyaz (onion) grated ½
• Water
• Mulmal ka kapra (cheese cloth)
• Drain off excess water
• Anda (egg) 1
• Maida (flour) 1 ½ tbs
• Namak (salt) ½ tsp or to taste
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Lal mirch (red chili) ½ tsp
• Lehsan (garlic) grated 1 clove
• Oil 2 tbs
Directions:
Grate potatoes and onion with grater (or cheese grater). And put them in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Drain water from potatoes and put them in a cheesecloth and drain off excess water.
In a separate bowl, add flour, egg, salt, black pepper, red chili and mix well, grated potato and onion mix in the bowl and mix well.
In a frying pan on low medium heat, add dumpling size of potato mix and spread gently with spatula. Fry both sides until golden brown and dish out.
Serve with fried egg or sour cream or boiled eggs or just with ketchup.

Ajza:

Banane ka tareeka:
Aalo aur pyaz ko cheel kar, kadu kash kar k eek pani ke bowl main 5 minutes keliye rakh den. Pani niikal den aur ek mulmul ke kapre main aalo aur pyaz ko daalain aura chi tarah press karke pani nikal kar khushk karden.
Ek bowl main, maida, anda, namak, lal mirch, kali mirch shamil kar kea chi tarah mix kar lainaur khushk kiye hue aalo us main shamil kar dain. Achi tarah mix Karen.
Ek frying pan main, oil garam Karen. Chamach ki madad se mixture shamil Karen aur thora phela dain. Halki aanch par dono sides ko fry kar lain.
Tayar pancakes ko fry ande, sour cream, ketchup ya boil ande ke sath serve karain.

Cheese Potato Pancakes Recipe | Korean Street Food
Cheese potato pancakes!
This is a really easy recipe using ingredients you likely have at home already! The mozzarella can be easily substituted for your favorite cheese - cheddar is a great option.
— I recommend using a scale to measure the ingredients for best results
1 russet potato (400g)
1 tbsp sugar (9g)
1/4 cup cornstarch (34g)
Mozzarella cheese (10g each)
Salt for boiling the water
Plenty of oil for high heat cooking
Peel and dice your potato into small, even cubes. Boil in heavily salted water for about 12 minutes until soft and easily pierced with a fork. Drain the water when done and let it sit back in the pot for about 30 seconds to remove excess water. Add salt to potatoes if your water was not salted enough.
Add the cornstarch and sugar, then mash and mix well until combined. Separate into 5 pieces (80g each), roll into a ball, flatten it, add your cheese, then repeat the process.
Pan fry on medium high heat with enough oil to cover the pan entirely. It should cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite sauce & enjoy!

Here’s the recipe od Instant rice pancakes that do not require any soaking of rice and can be done in a jiffy.
This Instant rice pancakes is one of my favourite breakfast recipes as it is very spongy, soft, fluffy and tasty.
The surprise ingredient in these Instant rice pancakes is boiled potatoes! That is what makes these Instant rice pancakes so soft inside and gives the rice a binding too!
I have also shared the recipe of a green chutney with til to go with the Instant rice pancakes.

Recipe :
Instant Rice Pancakes
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 3-4 minutes per pancake
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
¼ cup poha
2 tbsp rawa
1 medium boiled potato
1 tsp salt
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger chili paste
1 carrot, grated
6-7 beans, finely chopped
2 tbsp Chopped coriander
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chili flakes
8-10 curry leaves
½ tsp mustard seeds
3 tsp Eno Fruit Salt
Oil as needed
Method:
Make a fine powder of the poha.
In a blender jar, add the poha powder, rice flour, boiled potato, 1 ½ cup water and blend well. Mix in 2 tbsp rawa and allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes.
Add in all the vegetables, salt to taste and mix.
Hat 2 tbsp oil. Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and allow to splutter. Add in the red chili flakes and mix the tadka into the batter.
Add the fruit salt and mix with a light hand.
Add 1 tsp oil to a pan. Pour a ladle full of batter into the pan, cover and cook till crisp on 1 side. Flip and cook till golden on the other side too. Remove and serve hot.
Repeat to make the other pancakes too.
