How To make Queen Ranch Chicken
4 oz Velvetta cheese
cubed
12 oz Chicken
4 ts Lite margarine
1 Onion :
chopped
1 sm Can of green chilies
Drained 14 oz Canned stewed tomatoes :
Chopped 4 ts Cornstarch
1 1/2 cn Chicken broth
4 Corn tortillas
Salt & pepper to taste Garlic powder :
to taste 1. In a non-stick pan, saut? chicken and onion in margarine until
done. 2. Add cornstarch and 1 cup broth. Cook 5 minutes.
3. Add 1/2 cup broth, tomatoes, green chilies and cook until thick.
4. In a casserole dish layer tortillas, cheese, and chicken mixture.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes

Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoned Potatoes & Broccoli Recipe -
Ingredients:
¼ cup plus 2 TBSP cup olive oil, divided
4 TBSP ranch seasoning, divided
1 pound small red potatoes, cut in half
1 bunch broccoli (1 1/4 pounds), cut into florets
Steps:
1. First whisk ¼ cup of olive oil and 3 TBSP ranch dressing seasoning in a medium-size bowl.
2. Add the potatoes to the bowls and toss to coat.
3. Place the potatoes in rows on ½ of the baking sheet.
4. Put the potatoes in the oven and set a timer for 15 minutes.
5. Add the remaining 2 TBSP olive oil and 1 TBSP ranch seasoning to the other bowls and whisk.
6. Add the broccoli and toss to coat. Set aside.
7. When the timer goes out take out the potatoes and spread the broccoli on the other half of the baking sheet tray with the potatoes.
8. Cook an additional 25 minutes.
Hidden Valley Ranch Night Chicken Tenders Recipe -
Ingredients:
3/4 cup AP flour
1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
3 tbsp ranch seasoning
2 eggs
1 pound chicken thighs, cut lengthwise into strips
Olive oil cooking spray
Hidden valley ranch dressing for dipping
Steps:
1. Set up a dredging station for the chicken tenders.
2. In one bowl add the eggs and beat until homogenous.
3. In a second bowl add the flour.
4. In a third add the breadcrumbs and ranch seasoning.
5. Dip the chicken pieces in flour to coat, then in the egg and then the breadcrumbs. Lay them on a sheet pan lined with parchment. Repeat until all the chicken is coated. Spray the tenders with canola oil cooking spray.
6. Return that tray to the oven along with the chicken tenders and cook an additional 25 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with hidden valley ranch dressing.

???? Teriyaki Chicken Broccoli Dinner
•1-2 pounds Chicken thighs
•3/4-1 cup teriyaki sauce
•1/4 diced onion
•1 cup Rice
•1 package Frozen Broccoli
INSTRUCTIONS: Cook rice (Instant Pot: 1 cup rice with 1 1/4 cup water. Cook on high for 7 minutes. Let it slow release for at least 10 minutes). Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Place in a bowl with the teriyaki sauce, and onions. Stir to combine and coat everything. Place chicken and onions in the air fryer basket. Cook 380F/193C for 8-10 minutes. Let the chicken rest in foil. Then cook frozen broccoli at 350F/175C for 10 minutes.

???? Easy Baked Chicken Thighs
•8 Chicken Thighs
•1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
•1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
•1 TBSP Rice Vinegar
•1 TBSP Cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS: Salt and pepper chicken. Place chicken in silicone air fryer basket. Make sauce: Whisk to combine mustard, maple syrup, vinegar, and a dash of salt and pepper. Pour sauce over chicken thighs. Place in air fryer basket. Cook 400F/204C for 15 minutes. Flip chicken at halfway point. Remove chicken from silicone pot and cover with foil. Pour leftover juices into a bowl. Mix together 1 TBSP cornstarch with 1 TBSP cold water. Add cornstarch mixture to leftover juices. Heat in microwave or stovetop. Place thickened sauce on top of chicken and enjoy.

INSTRUCTIONS:
???? Tasty Onion Chicken
•Chicken Breasts
•1/2 cup Melted Butter
•1/4 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
•1 tsp Ground Mustard
•3-6 ounces French Fried Onions
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and ground mustard in bowl. Pound the chicken to even thickness. Place sauce mixture in shallow dish. Place broken French fried onions on plate. Cover chicken in sauce mixture. Cover chicken with onions. Place in air fryer basket. Cook 380F/193C for 12-15 minutes.
