How To make Raisin Cream Cheese Spread
8 oz Cream Cheese; Room Temp.
1/3 c Raisins or Currants
1/2 t Ginger
1/4 t Salt
2 T Chutney; Chopped
4 T Sherry; Medium Dry
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins or currants, ginger, salt and chutney. Add the sherry, a T at a time, until the mixture is of spreading consistency.

1Tbsp.Yeast
5Tbsp.Sugar
1 1/2 or 1 3/4 Cup warm milk

FOR RUBBING
3 Tbsp. Butter
FOR THE FILLING
250 grams Cream Cheese
6 to 7 Tbsp.Sugar...or more depends on sweetness desired
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
FOR BRUSHING
1Eggyolk and 3Tbsp.Milk
PROCEDURE:
1)In a bowl put the flour,yeast,sugar,warm milk...Mix
2)Add the salt and lastly the Vegetable Oil
3)Knead well till soft..
4)Rest till double in size
5)Deflate the dough and using a rolling.pin,flatten shaping it rectangular shape
6)Eub butter onto the surface,then spread Cream Cheese Mixture
7)Scatter Raisins
8)Roll out the dough
9)Cut into 1 or 2 inches thick
10) Arrange in a pan lined wd parchment paper,giving space to rise
11)Rest for 10 minutes
12)When double in size,brush wd Eggwash
13)Bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
14)When done,brush wd butter
15)Let it cool ,spread powder sugar on top...SERVE...

1 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked for min. 2 hrs)
1/2 cup water (adjust slightly if necessary)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
½ cup pomegranate seeds
¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
Add all ingredients except for pomegranate and black pepper to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Mix in pomegranate and black pepper.
