NO-BAKE OATMEAL ENERGY BALL RECIPE
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flax seed meal aka ground flax seeds
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
Roll about 1 tbsp. of the dough between your palms to form a small bowl. Place on a plate or a rimmed baking sheet and pop in the fridge or freezer for one hour. Enjoy!
I usually transfer to an airtight container and store them in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Makes 20 balls.

Ingredients:
1⅓ cups rolled oats, toasted
½ cup raisins
½ cup bran flakes
⅓ cup unsweetened desiccated coconut, toasted
3 tbsp chocolate chips
2 tbsp toasted pecans, chopped
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
⬇️ How to make Peanut Butter-Coconut-Raisin Granola Bars ⬇️
0:12 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
0:18 Combine the rolled oats, raisins, bran flakes, coconut, chocolate chips, and, pecans in a bowl.
0:29 In a small saucepan, whisk together the peanut butter, brown sugar, butter, and honey over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds or just until sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
0:41Pour it over the dry ingredients including the vanilla and stir to combine.
0:47 Transfer and press it into the prepared pan then bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
