생크림 모음(블루베리,라즈베리,달고나,카라멜) whipped cream compilations(Blueberry,Raspberry,Dalgona,Caramel)
이 번에는, 제가 그동안 만들었던 생크림 케이크 중 플레이버가 가미된 생크림 부분만
골라 모아 보았습니다. 제가 좋아하는 여러가지 생크림이 있는데요,
블루베리생크림, 라즈베리생크림,달고나생크림,그리고 캬라멜 생크림 입니다.
평범한 하얀 생크림이 아주 맛있기는 하지만 좀더 다양한 생크림맛을 원하신 다면 도전해 보세요.
이미 이 크림을 활용한 케이크 영상이 있지만 한 눈에 보면 좀더 활용하시기 좋을것 이라 생각이 듭니다. 비슷한 부분만 편집된것이 좋지 않나요? ㅎㅎ

This time, this video is the compilation of the flavored whipped cream.
There are various creams I like,
Blueberry cream cheese whipped Cream, Raspberry whipped Cream, Dalgona whipped Cream, and Caramel whipped Cream.
You know what? Dalgona coffee that has been so popular these days is not actually Dalgona. Dalgona is Korean candy that is very similar to honeycomb in UK( actually slightly different though).
The way to make Dalgona coffee by stirring a lot is the same as the way to make Dalgona Candy.
So we call it Dalgona coffee. You may check this in my video.
Anyway, although the plain whipped cream is very tasty, if you want more variety of whipped cream, try them.
There are already many cake videos using this cream, but I think it will be better to collect it. Wouldn't it be nice if only similar parts were edited?

Mocha whipped cream, chocolate whipped cream, green tea whipped cream, and yogurt whipped cream are excluded from this compilation because the recipe is already common. (Oh, of course, my recipe is not ordinary ^^) If there are many people who want it, I will edit it and upload it.

Please refer to it to make the amount of whipped as you need.
The puree, jam, and caramel sauce I made are not the same as those from the store.
These are based on what I have made.
Also, please refer to the video for recipes of puree, jam, Dalgona, and caramel.
But I guess it can come out well, even if you use store-bought.

✅Ingredients
• butter and flour for coating and dusting the cake pan
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 cups granulated sugar
• 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon baking soda
• 1½ teaspoons baking powder
• 1½ teaspoons salt
• 4 large eggs
• 1½ cups buttermilk
• 1½ cups warm water
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:17 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter three 9-inch cake rounds. Dust with flour and tap out the excess.
2️⃣ 00:01:19 - Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a stand mixer using a low speed until combined.
3️⃣ 00:01:44 - Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes.
4️⃣ 00:02:31 - Divide batter among the three pans. I found that it took just over 3 cups of the batter to divide it evenly.
5️⃣ 00:02:47 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean).
6️⃣ 00:03:06 - Cool on wire racks for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes onto the racks and allow to cool completely.
7️⃣ Frost with your favorite frosting and enjoy!
Notes
The better quality cocoa powder you use the better the cake will taste.
00:03:30 - CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
✅Ingredients
• 1½ cups butter, softened
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 7-8 cups powdered sugar
• about ¼ cup milk (as needed)
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:03:38 - In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results
2️⃣ 00:03:57 - Add in cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.
3️⃣ 00:04:23 - Beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time. Add milk as necessary to make a spreadable consistency. The frosting should be very thick and will thicken even more if refrigerated.
Notes
In the photos above, an extra dark cocoa powder was used in the frosting. Extra dark cocoa will result in a much darker, almost black frosting.
METRIC MEASUREMENTS
✅Ingredients

• 650 grams granulated sugar
• 155 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
• 17 grams baking soda
• 8 grams baking powder
• 11 grams salt
• 4 large eggs
• 350 ml buttermilk
• 350 ml warm water
• 115 ml vegetable oil
• 10 ml vanilla extract
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 176 degrees Celsius. Butter three 23 centimeter cake rounds. Dust with flour and tap out the excess.
2️⃣ Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a stand mixer using a low speed until combined.
3️⃣ Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Beat on a medium speed until smooth. This should take just a couple of minutes.
4️⃣ Divide batter among the three pans.

Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake Marci's Farmhouse Kitchen
Marci’s Farmhouse Kitchen’s Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
2 ½ Cups Flour
¾ Cup Sugar
¾ Cup butter (a stick & a half)
Cut the above together in a bowl, then reserve 1 cup & set aside
Then add to the mixture:
½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. baking powder, ½ tsp. baking soda
¾ Cup Sour Cream, 1 egg, 1 Teaspoon almond extract
Mix All & put on the bottom & up the sides 2 inches in Springform pan
Then mix 8 oz. Cream cheese, 1 egg, ½ Cup sugar together & pour over the top.
Put ½ cup raspberry jam over the top
Put ½ Cup slivered or sliced almonds over the top
Sprinkle reserved cup of dry mixture over the top
Bake in Springform pan for 55-6- minutes at 350 degrees
