Taco Time Crisp Beef Burrito and Crisp Bean Burrito | Healthy Fast Food Remakes
Hey Fooders! After a long week of eating healthy sometimes we just want some good old fast food! Here is a guilt free alternative to one of my favorite fast food items, Taco Time's Crisp Burrito.We are making the Crisp Beef Burrito and the Crisp Bean Burrito. Not to mention ours are bigger and still have fewer calories.
Taco Time Crisp Beef Burrito

Ingredients:
Crisp Beef Burrito
1 LB. 90/10 Lean Ground Beef
8 Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas
1 C. Shredded Cheese
1/2 Onion Diced
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 T. Chili Powder
1/4 t. Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 t. Dried Oregano
1 1/2 t. Cumin
1 t. Salt
1/4 C. Water
1 T. Coconut Oil
Crisp Bean Burrito
1 Can Black Beans Drained
1/4 t. Cumin
1/4 t. Garlic Salt
8 Soft Taco Sized Flour Tortillas
1 C. Shredded Cheese
Dipping Sauce
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1/2 C. Salsa
For the crisp beef burritos in a skillet brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Once browned add in the spices and water and cook until beef is glazed with spices about a minute. Roll up in a tortilla with 1/2 oz. of cheese and place into skillet with 1 T. coconut oil that has been heating up to 325 degrees.
For the crisp bean burrito mash up the beans and the spices until you have the texture of lumpy refried beans. Roll them with cheese and cook them just like the beef ones. ENJOY!

How To Make Collard Green Beef Burritos (STEP-BY-STEP) | LiveLeanTV
On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how to make collard green beef burritos.
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Servings : 2
INGREDIENTS
► 4 collard green leaves (rinsed, dried, stems removed)
► 2 eggs (whisked)
► 1 cup ground beef (pre-cooked)
► 1/2 avocado (sliced into cubes)
► 1/8 red onion (chopped into fine pieces)
► 6 cherry tomatoes (chopped)
► 4 tbsp quinoa (cooked)
► 4 tbsp salsa
► 1 tsp yellow mustard
► dash salt
► dash Black Pepper
► coconut oil spray (or avocado oil spray)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Spray a frying pan with a light coat of coconut oil spray over medium low heat.
2. Pour 2 whisked eggs into the frying pan and season with a dash of salt and black pepper.
3. Stir the eggs to scramble.
4. Once the eggs are mostly cooked, add 1 cup of pre-cooked ground beef and 1/8 of a chopped red onion to the frying pan and stir together with the egg mixture, then cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. De-stem 4 collard green leaves.
6. Once the egg mixture cools down a bit, spoon 1/4 of the mixture onto each collard green leaf.
7. Top the egg mixture with 1 tbsp of cooked quinoa, a few pieces of chopped cherry tomatoes, a few pieces of sliced avocado cubes, 1 tbsp of salsa, and 1 tsp of yellow mustard.
8. Roll up them up by folding down the top side, tuck in the sides, then roll it forward, as you press down to secure.
9. Enjoy.

Beef and Bean Burrito
I've been trying to get more protein in each meal, and this beef and refried bean burrito is 7 WW points, approximately 386 calories and 39 grams of protein.
If you didn't know, 4 ounces of lean (96% lean/4%fat) beef is only 3 weight watcher points.
Makes One Burrito
1 Ole Wellness Low Carb Burrito Flour Tortilla
4 ounces 96% lean beef
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/3 cup fat free refried beans
1 tablespoon Alouette cheese (or cream cheese)
1 tablespoon light sour cream
1 tablespoon taco bell sauce
1/4 cup lettuce
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add beef and taco seasoning (I also add a couple tablespoons of water, but that's optional).
Lay tortilla on a cutting board. Spread with the refried beans and cheese of choice, add cooked beef, 1 teaspoon of sour cream, taco bell sauce and lettuce and fold up in a burrito.
Optional: Pan fry in avocado oil spray for 2 minutes per side. Slice and dip into remaining sour cream. Delish!
