How To make Ro Tel Macaroni and Cheese
3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni -- cooked and drained
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
4 cups (1 lb.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 10 oz. can RO-TEL diced tomatoes and green chilies
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place macaroni in a 9x12 inch baking dish. In a medium saucepan, melt margarine over low heat. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk; heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Add cheese and Rotel. Stir until cheese in melted. Pour over macaroni and stir to combine. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.

ZESTY BOWTIE MAC AND CHEESE (VELVEETA AND ROTEL)
Add a bit of zest and character to your next mac and cheese dish with this Zesty Bowtie mac and cheese recipe. Perfectly seasoned bowtie shaped pasta cooked to Al Dente then combined with Velveeta and Rotel for a rich, creamy and spicy flare to this all time favorite comfort food.
Shopping List:
1 Lb. Velveeta quick melt cheese
1 small can of Rotel (Original, Mild or Hot)
12 ounce bag of Bowtie pasta
½ cup of whole milk
¼ cup kosher salt for the pasta water
Directions:
Place the Velveeta and the knife in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes before you’re ready to cube the cheese. This makes it much easier to cube up without sticking to the knife.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. NOTE: THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS FOR SALT IS WAY TOO LOW FOR TASTY PASTA. When the water comes to a full rolling boil add ¼ cup of Kosher salt. Adding it before the boil does nothing to flavor the pasta and it’s liable to stain your pot. Add the pasta and cook until Al Dente.
While the pasta is cooking, cut the Velveeta into about ½ inch cubes and place into a microwave-safe bowl. Add the Rotel to the cheese and stir. Place into the microwave for 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. When done, add the milk and stir.
Pull out about ½ cup of the starchy pasta water and set aside. Drain the pasta. NEVER RINSE YOUR PASTA!!!
Add the pasta and reserved starchy water to the bowl of melted Velveeta and Rotel. Stir well and serve hot.

ROTEL PASTA
Hey! Thanks for watching!! I’m back with another delicious recipe! All you will need is:
1 box of Rigatoni Noodles
1 roll Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 pound Ground Beef
8oz Heavy Cream
1 bag of shredded Triple Cheddar cheese
1 Sweet Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
Taco Seasoning
Minced Garlic
Garlic Powder
Ground Pepper
Velveeta Cheese (Only Used A Little Over Half The Block)
1 Cream Cheese block
2 Cans Rotel No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
Start by sautéing green pepper & onion until softened in oil and add in a spoonful of minced garlic.
Once veggies are softened to your liking, add in the the sausage and cook halfway before adding in your ground beef.
Season with taco seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Add in 2 cans of No Salt Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies and allow to cook on a medium heat.
Once softened add in whole block of Velveeta cheese & whole block of cream cheese. Stir well and allow to simmer on medium low heat.
Once cheese has melted, add in full 8oz of heavy cream. Stir well.
Then add in full bag of shredded cheese. Stir well.
Once everything has melted down, add in Rotini noodles. Stir well. Allow to cook & simmer on medium low heat.
Top with parsley or cheese & serve.

SOUTHERN STYLE MAC&CHEESE|| HOW TO MAKE MACARONI AND CHEESE|| EASY
INGREDIENTS
2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon
1 16oz of elbow Mac and cheese
1 stick of salt butter
3 tablespoon of all purpose flour
Whole milk
8 oz velvet cheese
1 block of Colby jack cheese ( shred cheese yourself)
1 block of medium cheddar cheese (shred cheese yourself)
8oz bag 4 cheese Mexican
sour cream
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Paprika pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Badia Complete seasoning ( you can get it from Walmart, target, Publix, and Amazon)( Badia Complete Seasoning®, 6 oz
Non stick spay or butter
Step 1
Set oven on 350°
COOKING PASTA
Add 12 cups of water to a pot then add
2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon (Maggie). Set the stove at high heat 8/7 and let water come to a boil.
Once water is boiling add
1 16oz (lb) box of elbow pasta (stirring while adding) than let pasta cook pasta (following directions on the back of the box)
Once pasta is done cooking drain the pasta then put it to a separate bowl (do not rinse), add 2 tablespoon of salted butter to help pasta not stick together. Set the pasta to the side.
MAKING THE ROUX
Add a pot to stove at medium high heat 6/7 add
4 tablespoon of salted butter let the butter melt.
Then add 3 tablespoon of all purpose flour let the flour cook for about 4 minutes than add 2 cups of whole milk let the milk come to a simmer.
Then add 8 oz of velveta cheese (chopped up), and a handful of the Colby jack cheese (And medium cheddar cheese, Add the whole bag of 4 cheese Mexican shredded cheese and let all the cheeses melt into the milk.
Once all the cheese is melted Add 1 teaspoon of salt ,1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika , 2 teaspoon of garlic ,2 teaspoon of onion powder and 2 teaspoons of complete seasoning let cook for 2 minutes and turn off the stove.
Pour the cheeses sauce into the macaroni and mix well.
Than add 2 tablespoon of sour cream and mix well. Slowly add 1/2 cup of whole milk and mix well than add 1 tablespoon of complete seasoning and mix well.
Spray one small aluminum tray with the nonstick spray then Pour the Mac and cheese into the aluminum tray.
Cover the macaroni and cheese with aluminum foil and place it in oven for 20 minutes.
Take the Mac and cheese out after the 20 minutes mix it well.
Then add the Colby jack and medium cheddar cheese you shredded at the top of the Mac and cheese.
Sprinkle some Cheyenne pepper and some paprika on the top of the cheese place it back in the oven uncovered top rack and let it cook until cheese is gold and brown (20/30 minutes) remove Mac & cheese from oven.

Queso Mac and Cheese Recipe:
Velveeta Block cheese
Mexican four cheese
Sour cream
Italian sausage
Jalapeño
Macaroni noodles
Rotel Sauce
Cream of chicken.
Directions for Queso Mac and Cheese:
Brown the Italian sausage in a pan and drain excess grease. In a crockpot, foil pan or regular pot, add rotel sauce, cubed cheese, jalapeño, cream of chicken. Hear a grill to 350 degrees and add wood chunk of choice. Stir every 15 minutes for 45 minutes to 1 hour until cheese has melted. Combine with macaroni noodles and top with Mexican four cheese or cheese of choice. Place in oven for 30-35 minutes uncovered. Let cool for 10-15 minutes and serve.
