What's better than one flavor of cheese ball? Three, of course! These three cheese balls are perfect for the holiday season so you can satiate everyone's preferred flavors. There's a buffalo version, a ham pinwheel version, and a smoked salmon version. Super yum!

SMOKED SALMON CHEESE BALL

INGREDIENTS

- 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 6-ounce package creme fraiche, room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 4 tablespoons minced scallion
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup finely minced dill

INSTRUCTIONS

Using a stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add creme fraiche and mix.

Then add salt, pepper, capers, scallion, salmon, lemon zest, and juice. Mix until combined.

Use hands to form a ball (can also make a log or just put in a dish) and roll in prepared dill.

Chill until ready to use.


BUFFALO BLUE CHEESE BALL

INGREDIENTS

- 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, room temperature
- 2 ounces sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces blue cheese
- 4 tablespoons minced scallion
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (can choose mild to hot)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- minced celery

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat the cream cheese to ensure it is softened and smooth.

Add butter and continue mixing until smooth.

Mix in cheddar cheese, blue cheese, scallion, wing sauce, salt, and pepper until completely combined.

Use hands to form ball shape (can form log or place in a dish) and roll on prepared celery.

Chill until ready to use.


HAM & PICKLE PINWHEEL CHEESE BALL

INGREDIENTS

- 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 ounces shredded white cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces shredded yellow cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup diced sweet or dill pickle (use your favorite)
- 1/4 pound Black Forest ham, diced
- 1/4 cup finely minced parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat the cream cheese to ensure it is softened.

Mix in butter until smooth.

Add salt, pepper, white cheddar cheese, yellow cheddar cheese, garlic powder, pickles, and ham, mixing until combined.

Using hands, form ball (or log or place in a dish), and roll in prepared parsley.

Chill until ready to use.

Salmon ball - Easy Recipe

Ingredients
- Canned pink/red salmon - Boneless/skinless
- Lemon (Lemon Juice
- Horse Radish
- White Onion
- Pepper
- Chives
- Cream Cheese

Smoked Salmon Cheeseball | Appetizer Recipe | Safeway

Easy party appetizer that is out of this world! No beaters required. This recipe takes minutes to make, is filled with flavor, and will wow your guests.

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces Lucerne® Cream Cheese, softened
2 ounces smoked salmon, flaked into small pieces
2 Tbs fresh minced chives
zest of 1/2 a lemon
2 ounces fresh dill, minced
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, smoked salmon, and chives together until evenly incorporated. Reserve in refrigerator.

2. Place lemon zest, minced dill, and lemon pepper seasoning on a plate and mix together. Remove cheese mixture from refrigerator and form into a ball. Roll cheeseball into dill and lemon zest.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers and vegetables.

Pro Tips:
- substitue flat-leaf parsley or cilantro if no dill is available
- lime zest may be substituted for lemon zest
- let cream cheese soften for easy mixing that does not require beaters
- let cream cheese chill in refrigerator for 1 hour to easily shape into a ball

CREAM CHEESE SALMON SPREAD | recipe

8 oz cream cheese add more if you like
0.74 lb salmon
1/3 cup finley Chopped red onions
1/3 cup Chopped scallions
1/4 cup parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp capers
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar ( optional)

season salmon with old bay and black pepper

✅SMOKED SALMON DIP INGREDIENTS:
➤1 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
➤6 ounces reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchatel) at room temperature
➤1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
➤2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
➤1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
➤1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus additional for serving
➤4 to 8 dashes hot sauce (optional)
➤8 ounces hot-smoked salmon, flaked into small pieces*
➤2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill, plus additional for serving
➤Crackers, pita chips, or thinly sliced fresh vegetables, for serving

✅SMOKED SALMON DIRECTIONS:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Beat in the lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and hot sauce.
3. With a spoon, stir in the salmon and dill. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired (depending upon the saltiness of your fish, you may need to add some kosher salt).
4. Scoop into a serving bowl. Serve sprinkled with additional dill and black pepper to taste.
