10 ounces corn, frozen
6 1/2 ounces salmon, canned
drained
3/4 cup brown rice
2/3 cup water
2 tablespoons green onion :
sliced
1/2 teaspoon low sodium chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon dill weed dried
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, lowfat :
shredded
Preheat oven to 375. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine corn, salmon, uncooked rice, water, green onions, bouillon granules and dill weed. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered, 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.

Lisa Snowdon shows how to make some delicious Salmon with Brown Rice and Ginger Sauce. Full recipe below:
Serves 2
For the Salmon Rice:
2 x Salmon fillets
200g Brown rice
1 x Onion, chopped
150g Chestnut mushrooms, quartered
1 packet of Brocollini, chopped
1 bunch Spring onions, sliced
For the Sauce:
¼ onion raw, chopped
2 inch piece Ginger, finely grated
20ml Tamari Soy sauce
a splash of Rice wine vinegar
Black sesame seeds to garnish
1. Place the rice and 400ml of cold water in a sauce pan and bring to the boil, cover with a lid, reduce the heat to a simmer and leave to cook for 25 minutes.
2. Take off the heat and leave covered for 5 minutes. Then using a fork fluff the rice and make sure all the water has been absorbed.
3. Fry off the chopped onions and add the mushrooms and the broccoli, then chop up and then add to the cooked rice. Mix together adding the chopped spring onions.
4. Meanwhile pan fry the fillets of salmon in a drizzle of oil for 2-3 minutes on one side and then turn over for another 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
5. For the sauce take the raw onion and the ginger and blitz it down to a paste adding the tamari and rice white vinegar to taste to create a zingy yummy ginger sauce.
6. Serve the vegetable rice with the salmon on top

8. Garnish with black sesame seeds

Cooking honey garlic salmon in the oven is a breeze with this super easy and delicious baked salmon recipe. With just a few common ingredients and some salmon fillets, You’ll be eating in no time as salmon cooks in the oven beautifully for this fast and easy salmon recipe. The delicious glaze is made in a snap and only requires a few ingredients you probably already have! All your friends and family will be asking you to cook this salmon recipe again and asking you how to cook salmon in the oven!
Ingredients
2 lb salmon fillet cut into four ½ lb pieces
• 2 tablespoons Black Magic from @Spiceology (or any other blackening seasoning)
• 2 teaspoons Chef Ange Base Seasoning -
• olive oil
Honey Garlic Glaze
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
• A dash of sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp Black Magic from Spiceology (or any other blackening seasoning)
• 1-2 cloves garlic finely shredded or finely minced
Garnish
• Thinly sliced scallion greens
• Sesame seeds
• Lemon slices
Directions
• Preheat oven to 425F.
• Coat salmon in Black Magic or other blackening seasoning, Chef Ange base seasoning ( and olive oil. Set aside and let salmon come up to room temperature for 15-20 min.
• In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and blackening seasoning. Set aside for after salmon goes in the oven. (If you like a thicker glaze, you can reduce until thicker and/or add a touch of cornstarch in a small saucepot before using.)
• Arrange seasoned salmon evenly on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and parchment paper. Place on a rack in the lower third of the oven. Bake 10-12 min or until the white proteins start to come out of the sides of the salmon.
• Remove salmon from oven and brush on a thin coat of the honey garlic glaze and put back in the oven for 2-3 min to let glaze stiffen up a little.
• Remove salmon from oven and transfer to a raised grate on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
• Brush on another thin coat of glaze and hit lightly with a kitchen torch. If you don’t have a torch, broil on high for 1-2 min.
• Remove from oven and let cool to the touch on the baking sheet.
• Remove skin or leave on if you like the salmon skin.
• Garnish with sesame seeds and transfer to serving platter.
• Finish garnish with sliced scallion greens and lemon slices.
