Sausage rolls: delicious and appetizing!
INGREDIENTS
500g ground pork
2 tbsp minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp minced fresh sage
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 roll of puff pastry, cut into rectangles
1 egg yolk
Sesame seeds
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together meat with onion, garlic, salt and pepper, all spices, and breadcrumbs.
2. Make 2 sausages and put them in the fridge.
3. Prepare puff pastry and roll sausages into it. Freezer them for 10 min (or refrigerate them until needed).
4. Cut into the slices and spread with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 190°C ( 375°F ) for 30 minutes.

Recipe: spooky Sausage Fingers & Cauldrons of blood (tomato) sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ketchup
French mustard to serve
12 chipolatas
1 packet of ready roll ruff puff pastry approx. 375g
1 egg beaten
Method:
Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and brush with a little oil. We used the Judge baking sheet.
Mix the honey and ketchup together in a bowl, coat the chipolata sausages with the sauce.
Unroll the ruff puff pastry and divide into equal 12 triangles.
Wind the pastry triangle around a chipolata and stick together with the beaten egg, brush the inside and outside with egg and bake for 20 mins or until they are a dark golden colour.
Serve preferably warm or cold with dipping French mustard and blood sauce.

Ingredientes:
- 1 placa rectangular de massa folhada
- 300gr de carne de salsichas frescas (salsichas sem a pele e bem desfeitas, se preferirem usem carne picada normal mas temperem melhor)
- 2 colheres de sopa de pão ralado
- 2 colheres de sopa de salsa picada
- 2 ovo
- pimenta branca q.b.
- mistura de sementes a gosto
Preparação:
Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.
Retire a pele às salsichas e desfaça-as bem.
Como já são temperadas eu só acrescentei algumas coisas.
Adicione o pão ralado, a salsa picada, 1 ovo (o outro é para pincelar) e a pimenta. Misture bem.
Divida a massa em 8 rectângulos e depois em 16 triângulos.
Num tabuleiro disponha os triângulos de massa de forma a parecer o sol.
Coloque o recheio e vire as pontas dos triângulos.
Pincele com o ovo batido e polvilhe com as sementes.
Leve ao forno a 180ºC durante 30/35 minutos, até a massa estar douradinha e a carne cozinhada.

Ingredientes:
- 1 pound puff pastry
- 300gr sausages meat, skinned
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 egg
- white pepper
- seed mix
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 355ºF.
In a bowl, combine the sausages meat, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, 1 egg and white pepper. Mix well.
Divide the puff pastry into 8 rectangles and separate into 16 triangles.
On a baking pan, arrange triangles in ring so short sides of triangles form a 5-inch circle in center. It must look like a sun.
Spoon the mixture closest to center of ring.
Fold the points of the triangles over the filling and tuck underneath, pressing to seal.
Brush with egg.
Bake at 355ºF for 30/35 minutes until browned and meat cooked
Remove from the oven and enjoy!

Ingredients for boiling pasta:
Water as required
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Penne pasta 1 ½ cups
Ingredients for Red Sauce:
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
Tomato puree 1 cup
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
K&N’s Stok 1 cube
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Basil leaves (chopped) 4-6
K&N’s Breakfast Sausage 720 g
Oregano 1/2 tbsp
Penne pasta (boiled)
Cheese (mozzarella & Cheddar) 2 cups
Basil leaves (for garnishing) as required
Directions for Pasta Boiling:
1. In a pot heat water and bring it to boil. add salt, oil, pasta and boil pasta until 80% done. Strain and set aside.
Directions for Red Sauce Preparation:
2. In another pot, heat oil and saute garlic, onion until onion gets soft and translucent.
3. Add tomato pasta, tomato puree and mix well.
4. Now add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, sugar, lemon juice, oregano, basil leaves, K&N’s Stok and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
5. Take K&N’s Breakfast Sausage, cut into thick slices and set aside.
6. Add boiled pasta, sliced K&N’s Breakfast Sausages into prepared gravy and toss on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
7. Transfer half of the sausage pasta into baking tray, top with cheese, transfer the remaining half of sausage pasta, and top it with cheese, basil leaves.
8. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180°C or until cheese melts.
9. Garnish with Basil leaves and Your sausage pasta casserole is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 40 mins

Sausage Flower Bread
Ingredients for dough:
All-purpose flour 1¾ cups
Unsalted butter 3 tbsp
Lukewarm milk ½ cups
Sugar 2 tbsp
Active dry yeast 2 tsp
Egg 1
Salt ½ tsp
K&N’s Frankfurter Sausages 720 g
For Topping:
Canned corn ⅓ cup
Green bell pepper ⅓ cup (Chopped)
Onion ⅓ cup (Chopped)
Carrots ⅓ cup (Chopped)
Olives (sliced) ⅓ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 1 cup
Tomato ketchup (as required)
Egg 1 (for egg wash)
Directions for Topping Preparation:
1. In a bowl add mayo, carrot, capsicum, onion, sweet corn, olives, mustard paste, salt, black pepper and mix well. Your topping is ready.
Directions for Dough Preparation:
1. Prepare K&N’s Frankfurter sausage as per instructions on the pack. Set aside.
2. In a bowl add melted butter, milk and sugar. Stir it well until the sugar dissolves. Add the yeast and let it sit for a few minutes until it gets foamy. Then and the salt and egg. Mix it well.
3. Add all-purpose flour and knead a smooth dough. Let it rest until double in size.
4. Take the prepared dough and divide it into 6 equal parts.
6. Take out a dough ball and put it on the plain surface. Press it down with your hands and shape it into a rectangle and place a K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage on it.
8. Roll the sausage in dough covering it completely from all sides.
10. Place half horizontal cuts on the roll making sure you don’t cut till base of the roll. The cuts should be ½ inch wide.
11. Gently lift the cut section up, push it to the left, Cut the K&N’s Frankfurter sausage again another ½ inch down and gently move the cut section to the right. Keep doing this with the remaining roll until it starts looking like a leaf.
12. Add the prepared topping on it, add cheese and brush egg on the dough.
13. Bake the sausage-bread in a preheated oven at 175°C for 20-25 minutes until the dough turns light golden brown and fluffy.
14. Drizzle ketchup on each bread and serve.

My Laptop is finally back & now we can get back to more fun recipes, lets start with these easy sausage bites.
They are super easy to make & if you are having a small get together at home, these get ready in no time, Now Ive used chicken sausage in this recipe but you can made it vegetarian by marinating sticks of panner & then wrapping them around the dough.

Ingredients
For the dough
1 1/2 cup Refined Flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
5 tbsp soft butter (divided into 2 batches)
250 gm Chicken Sausages
1/2 cup egg wash
2 tbsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2Bake at 180°C for 10-12 mins
