INGREDIENTS (for 4 meals) 1. kale (25 g) 2. carrot (25 g) 3. cauliflower (25 g) 4. broccoli (25 g) 5. oatmeal (100 g for the mixture + 75 g for the cover) 6. white rice (25 g) 7. soy flakes (25 g) 8. onion (25 g) 9. soy sauce (25 g) 10. olive oil (1 tbsp / 10 g) 11. salt 12. black pepper 13. cayenne pepper 14. hot peppers 15. garlic powder 16. paprika 17. parsley 18. soup cube (1 pcs) 19. dry spices

Ingredients: 2 packs ready-rolled puff pastry (approximately 11.3 ounces each) 7 large eggs, divided ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
Optional ingredients: fresh herbs, for garnish salt, to taste pepper, to taste
Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 395 F, and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. Unroll both pastry sheets, and lay one directly on top of the other so you have two layers. Slice into 6 even rectangles. 3. Place the pastry rectangles onto your lined baking sheets. (You might need to bake in two batches, depending on how many you can fit on two sheets.) 4. Beat an egg in a bowl, and lightly brush an egg wash on top of each pastry rectangle. 5. Bake for 15 minutes. 6. Once baked, allow the puff pastry to cool for about 10 minutes. 7. Slice a square hole in the middle of each pastry rectangle, cutting through the top layer of pastry only. 8. Sprinkle a layer of cheese into each hole, then crack in a whole egg. 9. Add another sprinkling of cheese on top of each, and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the egg whites are cooked through. 10. Garnish with a sprinkling of fresh herbs, and season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Savory Vegan Oatmeal Patties 1 c. oats 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. marinara sauce 1/3 c. chopped walnuts 1 small carrot 1/2 medium onion 1/4 c. thawed frozen spinach 1/2 bell pepper 1 garlic clove 1/2 package dry onion soup mix 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 TBSP Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. red peper flakes 1/2 tsp. fennel seed
Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Place water and marinara sauce in a microwave safe container. Heat for 90 seconds. Add water/marinara sauce to ingredients. Mix to combine. Use a 1/4 c. to measure out patties. Place on parchment paper to prevent sticking. Bake for 40 min at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn patties over after 20 min. Continue to bake for an additional 20 min. Makes 6 -8 patties. 6 -8 patties.
