How To make Sesame, Mustard Rub
BEEF,POULtrY,PORK,LAMB,FISH:
1 Garlic clove; crushed
1 t Mustard seeds
1/2 t Finely slivered lime peel
2 t Lime juice
2 T Sesame oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until fairly smooth. Makes about 3-1/2 Tbsp.

Main Ingredient
1kg of chicken
Rub (Ingredients - 1Tbsp of each)
Garlic powder
Cumin powder
Curry powder
Brown sugar
Sea salt
Turmeric powder
Sauce (Ingredients - 1Tbsp of each)
Ketchup
Mustard
Honey
1 Tbsp of the Rub (optional)
Toppings
Sesame Seeds - 4 tbsp
Step 1
Cut the chicken into favourable size and preheat the oven to 250 degrees
Step 2
Mix the rub and apply on the chicken
Step 3
Bake for 1.5hours
Step 4
Prepare the sauce
Step 5
Apply sauce on the ready baked chicken and sprinkle some sesame seeds
Step 6
Return the chicken in the oven for 10-15mins

Sesame Mustard Chicken Part 1 | Sesame Chicken | Seasoning Chicken
Wash about 3 pounds(lbs) of Chicken breasts in lukewarm water and cut in thin slices. Add these seasoning to the bowl, 2 teaspoons(tsp) of all purpose seasoning, 1teaspoon ground ginger, 2 teaspoons ground mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon liquid mustard sauce, 2 teaspoons Montreal chicken seasoning, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 2 teaspoons parsley flakes, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt/white salt and Black Salts. I normally mix my two salts( Sea salts & Black Salts) together, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1 whole lime. Cut and squeeze the lime into the bowl of slice chicken. Make sure your hands are clean before mixing. Mix thoroughly. Wash hands once done mixing and wrap the container with plastic wrap. Set the container in the fridge and let it marinate for 24 hours(hrs). Part 2 will have the full recipe. Do not forget to come back to watch part 2 of this recipe.

How to cook Komatsuna Japanese mustard spinach with Sesame Dressing 【Japanese food recipes】
I made Japanese mustard spinach salad with sesame sauce today.
It goes well with rice, but it's also delicious on bread.
Ingredients (Makes about 4 servings)
1 bunch Komatsuna/ Japanese mustard spinach
2 tbsp grind sesame
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp dashi/ bonito kelp stock
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp water

Ingredients:

White sesame seeds 1/2 cup.
Jaggery 1/4 cup
Tamarind extract from lemon size tamarind.
Salt to taste.
Rice flour 1 tsp.
For seasoning:

Mustard 1/4 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Red chilli 1 to 3.
Preparation:

Soak Indian lemon sized tamarind and extract the pulp twice.
Roast white sesame seeds until fragrant and slightly golden,cool it.
Take the roasted sesame seeds in a mixie jar and make a powder.
Then add water and grind to a smooth paste.
Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves,red chilli 1 to 3.
Fry until urad dal turns golden and mustard splutters.
Add tamarind extract first and second after filtering.
Add salt to taste.
Add Jaggery quarter cup.
Let everything boil together.
Add sesame paste and little water.Let everything boil together.
Add rice flour 1 tsp mixed in water at last to thicken the gravy.
Enjoy this gravy with idli,dosa,Pongal,kichdi etc…
