How To make Shrimp and Pasta Creole

1/2 lb Shrimp,medium,shelled
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Clam juice
1/4 c Green onions,finely chopped
1 tb Brandy
1 tb Orange rind,grated
1/2 ts Tarragon,dried
1/2 lb Crawfish tails,peeled/cooked
8 oz Small pasta shells/spirals
1/4 c Louisiana coffee,w/chicory
1. In large skillet, cook shrimp in melted butter over medium-high heat 4
minutes, stirring frequently.
2. With slotted spoon, remove shrimp; set aside.
3. Put cream, clam juice, green onions, brandy, orange peel, and tarragon
in skillet; stir over high heat until sauce is thickened.
4. Stir in crawfish, shrimp, pasta and brewed coffee; heat through.

Thanks for watching my second video. Today I have for you an easy creole shrimp pasta. This is a very quick recipe that you can do in 10 minutes. This recipe will feed 3-4 people depending on how hungry each person is. Make sure to subscribe and like the video for more.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt (for pasta water)
Creole Seasoning
1/4 lb long Pasta
1 lb 30-40 count Shrimp

This is one of the most flavorful and delicious pasta we have ever eaten. Starting the process off, just as if we are making a gumbo and adding in some heavy cream and pasta, makes this a rich and tasty recipe. This gumbo pasta recipe is amazing. Give it a try.

OLD SCHOOL SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE CREOLE/MONDAY MOTIVATIONAL MENU IDEAS
This is another fall and wintertime recipe
Another one pot meal
Very comforting and filling
Shrimp Creole Ingredients
1 - lbs. (16/20) Shrimp, peeled and de veined
1 lb sliced smoked sausage(you can use Cajun andouille sausage if you like)
1 lb jumbo lump crab meat (optional)
1 cup large diced green bell pepper
1 cup large diced yellow onions
3 tsp chopped garlic
1 cup chopped celery
1 14.5 oz. can rotel tomatoes
1 8 oz. can ground tomatoes
1 8 oz can chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp Chili Powder(optional)
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp shrimp base
1 tablespoon creole seasoning ( your choice)
1 tbsp Cornstarch(for slurry)
2 tbsp Cold Water(for slurry)
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Hot Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat add oil, onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for 5-6 minutes, or until onions are translucent. Add crushed garlic and continue sautéing for 1 minute.
Add rotel tomatoes, ground tomatoes and chopped tomatoes, chili powder, creole seasoning, salt, and pepper Stir until well mixed.
Bring ingredients to a boil and then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl whisk together starch and water until well combined.
When done simmering, stir in starch-water slurry.
Add sausage,shrimp, crab meat , Worcestershire, and hot sauce. Continue simmering, uncovered, for 5-6 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
Serve shrimp .sausage and crab creole over rice and with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
