2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sugar
180 ml water
120g glass noddles (pine brand is a must ????)
8-10 medium size prawns
5 gloves garlic
5 ginger slices
3 coriander roots
1 tsp black peppercorns
1. Mix sauce ingredients.

3. Snip prawn legs and de-vein.
4. Pour sauce mixtures over drained glass noodles and prawns.
5. Bruise the aromatics and black peppercorns using pestle and mortar or @kbcgkitchen meat hammer. Stir fry the aromatics in a hot wok.
