How To make Skinny Scones (Hh)
1 1/3 c Wheat flakes (with no sugar
-or salt added) 2/3 c Self-rising flour
1/4 c Raisins (plumped)
2 tb Packed brown sugar
1/2 c Nonfat milk
2 tb Margarine, melted, cooled
About 45 calories each. Eat fresh from oven and pass up the butter. Preheat oven to 400F (205C). Coat a medium-size baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a medium-size bowl, combine cereal, flour, raisins and brown sugar. Add milk and melted margarine and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes about 10 scones.

뭐든지 할 때 마다 간만에 인 것 같은데
쿠키종류도 참 간만인 것 같아요ㅋㅋㅋ
제가 좋아하는 재료들이 참 많긴 한데
그 중 하나가 코티지 치즈!!
그래서 예전에 고구마에 코티지 치즈 섞어서
팬케이크로 만든 적 있죠?
그거 은근히 고소해서 몇 번 해 먹은 적있는데
이번엔 병아리콩이랑 같이 섞어봤어요!
삶은 병아리콩 으깨서 만든 쿠키들이야 워낙 유명하기도 하고
저도 만들어 본 적 있는데 식감이 퍽퍽하니
제 맘에 쏙 들어서ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
이왕에 코티지 치즈 넣는 김에 치즈쪽으로 가보자, 싶어서
뉴트리셔널 이스트도 넣었는데
확실히 치즈쪽 풍미가 나서 만족스러웠어요
다만 뉴트리셔널 이스트는 집에 없으신 분들도 계실테니
집에 있는 파마산가루(피자시켜먹고 남아있는 거 하나 쯤은 있으실 듯)
소량 넣으시면 더 치즈 풍미를 느끼실 수 있을 거예요
대신에 너무 많이 넣으면 짜니까 조금만 넣도록 해요ㅋ.ㅋ
이런 쿠키 특성상 약간 도톰한게 좋아서
이왕에 두껍게 할 거 모양도 있어보이게
칼로리 바란스 처럼 만들었는데
베이스들이 워낙에 탄!탄! 한 것들이여서 그럱
간식 치고는 포만감이 좀 있어요
두유나 아몬드 우유랑 같이 먹으면
아마 든든하실거예요+_+
