How To make Smooth and Spicy Boursin Cheese Dip
1/2 c Butter; Softened
1 c Cream Cheese; Softened
1 ea Garlic Clove;CrushedIn Press
2 t White Onion; Finely Minced
1 t Italian Seasoning
2 tb Milk
2 tb Walnuts; Minced
Cream the butter and cream cheese together by hand and then blend in the garlic. Blend until almost smooth. Add the onion and Italian seasoning mixing well. Blend in the milk and then blend in the walnuts. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Serve at room temperature. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Apples, Lavasch Crackers, Potato Chips, Broccoli, Cocktail Rye Bread, Dried Fruit

My favourite cream cheese dip recipe!
You will love this!
500ml sour cream
250 g cream cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded double Gloucester cheese
2tbsp green onions (grow these myself in the hydroponic)
Combine the first three ingredients reserving some of the shredded cheese for texture later. Blend to a creamy paste, add left over cheese and onions and mix. Store in fridge 24hr and serve.
Green onions can carry a risk of botulism if grown in dirt so they should be blanched in boiling water for 15 minutes or heated to 350f for 15 mins.
