chicken, breasts, skinless
12
oz
mushrooms, fresh
1
each
cream of mushroom soup, can
1
each
cream of chicken soup, can
1
each
french onion soup, can
1
celery, chopped, or baby corn, etc
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts into stew size chunks, and saute while washing and cutting mushrooms in half. Then simply add all ingredients to chicken and simmer about 1 hour.
You can also do this in a crockpot and simmer all day until dinner.
Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.

What Is Mukbang?
is a live online audiovisual broadcast in which a host eats large amounts of foods while interacting with their audience. Usually done through an internet webcast (such streaming platforms include Afreeca, YouTube, Twitch, etc.), mukbang became popular in South Korea in the 2010s. Foods ranging from pizza to noodles are consumed in front of a camera for an internet audience (who pay or not, depending on which platform one is watching). Based on the attractiveness of real-time and interactive aspects, eating shows are expanding their influence in Internet broadcasting platforms and serve as a virtual community and a venue for active communication among active Internet users.
What Is ASMR?
ASMR, which stands for an autonomous sensory meridian response, is still a relatively new creation. It describes a feeling of euphoric tingling and relaxation that can come over someone when he or she watches certain videos or hears certain sounds.

Ingredients:
1 lb. Chicken Thighs
1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Pepper
Salt, to taste
1/2 c. Hot Water
1/3 c. Green Seasoning
1 c. Water + 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch (Slurry)1/3 c. Honey
1/2 Onion, sliced
Oil
Instructions:
Season chicken breast with cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt.
To a skillet, over medium heat, add oil, sear chicken breast on both sides for 5 minutes each.
Next, add 1/2 cup of hot water to the skillet. Be sure to scrape fond from the bottom of the pan.
Bring liquid to boil and allow the liquid to reduce, about 5 minutes.
Add green seasoning, and slurry, honey, and onions, mix.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken thighs reach an internal temperature 165° Fahrenheit.
Baste chicken with gravy, and serve hot over rice. Enjoy!

2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup oil for frying chicken
1 medium onion, minced
5 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbs butter, i used salted
2 Tbs of the seasoned flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp dried basil

OLD SCHOOL SMOTHERED CHICKEN THIGHS
8 pieces chicken thighs
1 whole onions diced
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Gentle flour chicken and brown in skillet
Remove brown chicken and place in roasting pan
In separate pan Saute onions until brown and tender and put on chicken in pan
Add 4-6 tablespoons flour to remaining oil in skillet and cook until medium brown color
Add 4 cups chicken stock or water
Cook an additional 5 minutes until flour taste is gone
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Add to chicken in roasting pan and cook in oven until tender
