How to Make Clam Dip
This delicious Clam Dip is an easy appetizer made with whipped cream cheese and sour cream balanced off with salty minced clams, and served with potato chips.
????Ingredients????
▢ 8 oz cream cheese, softened
▢ 1/4 cup sour cream
▢ 1 clove garlic, minced
▢ 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (or 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley)
▢ 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
▢ Dash Tabasco or favorite hot sauce
▢ 1 6.5 oz can minced clams drained but juice reserved
????Instructions????
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sour cream, garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Stir in drained clams. Add reserved clam juice from the canned clams to thin the dip to desired consistency. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve with potato chips or crackers.
Clams Dip will last stored covered in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.

Creamy Garlic Clam Dip | A Modern Spin on a Classic Dip
I'm bringing Clam Dip into the 21st century. My creamy garlic clam dip uses minced clams, roasted garlic and a few other ingredients mixed together to add a modern spin on this classic recipe.
=== ???????????? RECIPE ===
16 ounces (450 g) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup (150 g) mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemons
1 head roasted garlic
2 - 6.5 ounce (184 g) cans of minced clams, drained, juice reserved
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon (5 ml) hot sauce
Salt & pepper
Chopped parsley
In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Mix until smooth. Stir in the clams, pinch of salt and pepper, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in chopped parsley.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with various chips, crackers and vegetables for dipping.

Bacon Clam Dip | Emeril Lagasse
Bacon Clam Dip
Place bacon in a saute pan and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes. Drain and crumble bacon.
In a bowl, cream together the farmers cheese and creme fraiche. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Add the clam juice for consistency and taste. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature and adjust seasoning, to taste, before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips.

5 slices bacon, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Homemade Creme Fraiche, or store-bought
2 (6 1/2-ounce) cans minced clams, drained, juices reserved
3 tablespoons minced shallots
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon white Worcestershire
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice and lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt, to taste
Tortilla Chips, for serving

This is a recipe for Clam Dip from the Philly Dip Party Handbook, an old recipe booklet from the 1950's. This was my Mom's book and she used it to make dips for parties throughout the years. This is a quick and easy dip to make and everybody loves it.

Clam Dip - Quick, Easy Holiday/Party Appetizer
Here's a party pleaser for any gathering! Easy and quick to make and pack up to take along in minutes! It's a holiday favorite here!
Clam Dip
1 8oz. package Philadelphia Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 stick of butter (room temperature)
1/2 C sour cream
1-2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbs minced garlic
1/4 C minced onion
2 cans of chopped clams without the juice
1/2 - 1 C Parmesan cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions-
Mix the first 4 ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Then add the rest, adding the crackers last.
Mix well.
Chill a couple of hours Before serving and serve with Ritz or fancy crackers on the side.
