Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 cups warm water (370ml).
2 tbsp dry yeast (10g).
4 cups flour (500g).
1 tsp salt.
Cover with lid and Bake at 220°C / 428°F for 30 minutes. Then remove lid and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.

How to Make Spaghetti & Meatball Stuffed Garlic Bread Cones
INGREDIENTS
For the Garlic Bread Cones:
1 pound store bought pizza dough
1/2 cup of unsalted butter (1 stick)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Meatballs:
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 large egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the spaghetti:
1 pound spaghetti
2 cups marinara sauce
Chopped parsley, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
On a lightly floured surface, cut your pizza dough into four equal sections. Roll each section into a long rope, about 24 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. Make a cone using a piece of paper and wrap the paper in aluminum foil.
Repeat this 4 times. Spray each cone with non-stick cooking spray and carefully wrap each rolled rope dough around the cone starting from the bottom of the cone. Tuck each edge into to seal and press around the edges to secure the cone. Place seal side down on a foil lined baking sheet.
In a small saucepan over medium low melt the butter, garlic and salt. Brush half of the butter mixture evenly onto the outside of the cones. Place in the oven and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
In a large bowl combine the beef, parsley, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic, egg, parmesan and 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Form 24 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
In a medium saucepan combine the marinara with 3/4 cup water and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Once the meatballs are finished, carefully remove them to a bowl using a slotted spoon. Stir in the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and toss to coat.
Remove the cones from the oven and brush with remaining garlic butter, grated parmesan and parsley then let cool for 5 minutes, gently remove from the aluminum cone. Holding a cone place twirl spaghetti into each cone and top with meatballs. Repeat with the remaining cones and serve immediately with parsley.

4 slices of bread
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2-2/3 cup
4 cloves garlic
tomato sauce
1 yellow onion
4 cloves garlic
2 28 oz can tomatoes
2 tsp ground fennel
3/4 cup water
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil
In a large bowl, add diced bread and water. Mix and mash together and once a paste forms, add the rest of your ingredients. Mix until thoroughly combined and shape into 20 even balls. Roll in flour and set on a plate.
In a large pot, over medium high heat, add two Tbsp of oil and brown your meatballs in batches. Set aside on a plate (they should not be fully cooked, only browned at this point). In the same pot, turn the heat to medium and add diced onions and garlic. Cook until softened and lightly browned 5-6 minutes. Then add tomatoes, water, fennel, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and return your meatball with any juices. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until your meatballs are fully cooked.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve over cooked pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese and basil if desired. Enjoy!

HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS EASY JUICY PORK AND BEEF MEATBALLS PERFECT MEATBALLS RECIPE FOR THAT SUNDAY LUNCH OR DINNER.
50g Leftover bread or fresh bread
Sauce
1/2 of a Medium onion
400g Tomato purée
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt
1 Cup of water
1/2 Cube of beef or chicken stock or 1 tsp powder form
2 tsp Parmesan cheese
40g Red wine
2 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
Mince Mixture
300g Ground beef
150g Ground pork
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 Medium clove of minced garlic
1 tsp Black pepper
Salt
1 Whole egg
METHOD
-Chop the onion and set aside.
-In a pan heat olive oil on medium-low.
-Add the onion fry for 3 minutes, add wine allow the alcohol to evaporate 3 minutes.
-Add the tomato, black pepper, salt, mix well and then cover and cook for 10 minutes on low.
-In the meantime remove the edges from the bread, soak the bread in water for 5 minutes.
-Chop the parsley and chop the garlic set aside.
-In a big bowl put the pork and the beef mince.
-Squeeze out water from the bread, add to the mince, parsley, black pepper, salt, 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese , and the egg, mix thoroughly, make small meatballs put on a tray.
-To the sauce add water, stock, 2 tsp parmesan cheese, mix well and then add the meatballs cover and cook for 30minutes on medium - low heat.
-10 minutes into the cooking time, gently turn them, cover and cook for the remaining time, stir every now and then.
-They are ready, serve with pasta or with bread.
-Enjoy.
