How To make Spaghetti Mizithra (Greek Style Spaghetti)
Karen Mintzias 1 lb Spaghetti
1 c Butter or margarine
1/2 lb Kasseri cheese, grated
1/4 lb Romano cheese, grated
1/4 c Chopped parsley
Cook spaghetti until tender but firm to the bite. Drain. Melt butter in large skillet and cook just until it turns brown. Meanwhile, combine cheeses. Garlic and greek seasoning. 1/2 cup of olive oil.3-4 chicken bouillon cubes. 2 cups of water. 1 bag of mozz cheese and sprinkle with basil. Add in tomatoes, feta cheese and olives! Old Spaghetti Factory Browned Butter and Mizithra Cheese
You can make the old Spaghetti Factory Browned Butter and Mizithra cheese. It is a super easy dish to make. You can make this recipe in the time that it takes to cook the pasta.

Here is the recipe:
16 ounces pasta
1 cup butter
1/2 cup mizithra cheese, grated
1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
Parsley for garnish
Directions
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Do not rinse.
While the pasta is cooking brown the butter by placing into a saucepan over medium heat. As the butter melts, it will begin to foam. Remove the foam with a spoon. Cook the butter until it browns.
To prepare the pasta, pour pasta into a bowl. Pour the browned butter over the pasta, and then add the two kinds of cheese. Toss pasta until it is well coated. Serve immediately.
