200g all purpose flour
100g butter
60g fine sugar
200g dates, cut into strips
200g walnuts, sliced (optional)
1 egg

and soft dates inside. this dough is very easy to work with and doesn't need to be kneaded for a long time. if you would like to spread the date paste-like I did in the video,
you need to make sure it's microwaved right before use so it is easily spreadable.
you can add any spices to the dough or date filling,
I wanted to keep it as simple as possible.

-you can either use milk or water. I used a mixture of both.

▪️1/2 Cup Water
▪️1 tsp Yeast
▪️1 tsp Sugar
▪️4 cups flour

▪️1/2 cup butter

▪️1/4 cup shredded coconut

Hot Water - 3/4 Cup
Bicarbonate Soda - 3/4 Tsp
Butter - 250g
Sugar - 250g
Flour - 250g
Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
Eggs - 5 Eggs
Cashew nuts - 50g
Vanilla essence - 2 Tsp
BAKE AT 180C FOR 45 MINUTES
