Here is the required ingredients for sweet and spicy nuts
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Walnuts - 1/3 cup
Pecans - 1/3 cup
Cashew nuts - 1/3 cup
Pistachios - 1/3 cup
Red chili flakes - 2 tsp ( or to taste )
Amchur powder/Dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt pinch.

Mixed Roasted Nuts are a little spicy, a little sweet, and completely addictive. They are great for a snack, holiday parties, or munching during long drive journeys. It is super easy to turn raw nuts into nice toasty nuts, and they are irresistible.

4 cups raw mixed nuts (I have used almonds, cashews, and pecans)
2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp red chili powder
1½ tsp fine-grain sea salt

Union Square's Bar Nuts, Spiced Cashews
Warning! These are highly addictive. They go together in a flash and make a great holiday treat or gift.
Union Square's Bar Nuts
Servings: 2-1/4 cups
Total Time: 15 Minutes
Recipe
2-1/4 cups mixed nuts
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350℉, 176℃ Toss the nuts in a large bowl to combine and spread out on a baking sheet.
Toast in the oven until light golden brown, about 10 minutes. In a saucepan, melt butter. Once melted, combine rosemary, cayenne, sugar, and salt with the melted butter. Keep warm while nuts are cooking.
Thoroughly toss the toasted nuts in the spiced butter & serve warm.
