How To make Spicy Sausage Patties
1 Poblano chili; roasted, ste
-mmed and seeded 1/2 c Tightly packed fresh cilantr
-o 1/2 c Tightly packed fresh italian
-parsley 1/2 c Tightly packed romaine lettu
-ce 1 Bay leaf
2 ts Dried oregano; crushed
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper
1/8 ts Ground cumin
1/8 ts Ground cloves
1 lb Ean ground turkey; (99% fat
-free) 1. In a food processor, place all of the ingredients except the
turkey, and process until smooth. Scrape the mixture into a medium-size bowl. Add the turkey and combine well with your hands until the spice mixture is evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let the flavors meld. 2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Form the sausage into
3" patties. Fry the patties for 3 to 5 minutes, turning once,
until lightly browned. Serve immediately.

1# Ground Pork
1.5 tsp crushed sage
1 tsp crushed thyme
1 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
.75 tsp ground black pepper
.25 tsp red pepper flakes
.25 tsp nutmeg
.25 tsp cayenne pepper
Extra ingredients used in the video. These are in addition, to the base ingredients listed above:
.25 tsp coriander
3 tsp maple syrup
.5 tsp paprika
+ 5 tsp Powdered Milk per 1 pound of meat (in my case, I had 7 pounds, so that was 36 tsp - or 3/4 of a cup).

Creating the PERFECT Breakfast Sausage Recipe!
Our Quest for the perfect Breakfast Sausage Recipe started a few weeks ago, when I ran out of store-bought patties. I ground up a 7# pork butt, and whipped up a quick 1 lb. batch of what I thought would be good - and it wasn't. Thus started my quest to find a perfect recipe.
Food recipes aren't always a science, there is often art involved. Free-range thinking and innovation go a long way in the culinary world - but to be successful on this quest, I needed a good starting point. So I began to analyze different recipes, in an attempt to identify the most common ingredients used, along with averaging out their quantities. From there, I could branch out, and start to introduce less common ingredients - and eventually find that perfect recipe!
Below are the results of that analysis. All quantities are teaspoons, this is based off using 1 pound of ground pork:
Base Recipe:
1# Ground Pork
1.5 tsp crushed sage
1 tsp crushed thyme
1 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
.75 tsp ground black pepper
.25 tsp red pepper flakes
.25 tsp nutmeg
.25 tsp cayenne pepper

.25 tsp coriander
3 tsp maple syrup
.5 tsp paprika
.5 tsp rosemary

How to Cook Sausage Patties
This is how to cook sausage patties! Cooking sausage patties is simple and you can buy pre-formed sausage patties at the grocery store or buy a chub of sausage and cut your own sausage patties. I prefer to buy the pre-cut sausage patties because I can simply pull them out of the package and cook them! I use a generous amount of butter or margerine (about 4 tablespoons) and heat the skillet just below medium heat. A skillet that is too hot may flame up, produce smoke and burn the sausage. It could also ruin the skillet! The secret is to flip the sausage periodically while cooking. Repeat this process until the sausage has developed a done-looking exterior and then cut into the sausage to ensure that it's cooked all of the way through. It goes without saying that thicker cuts of sausage patties will take longer to cook! #SausagePatties #Howto #Cooking

Easy Spicy Italian Sausage Patty Melt Recipe | BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE RECIPES 
This is how to make an amazing and easy spicy Italian sausage patty melt on the Blackstone griddle. This Blackstone griddle recipe was amazing and I can’t wait to make it again! You spicy Italian sausage or add spices like I did. Crushed red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning and smoked paprika. Came out great! Fry the onions, smash the patties to get a nice sear on them and build it. easy patty melt recipe with simple basic ingredients. This is a great easy dinner idea.
1/2lb ground Italian sausage season with 1/2 tablespoon of smoked paprika and 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
6 slices of provolone cheese
2 slices of whole wheat bread
Mayo with garlic powder for toasting the bread
1/2 Of one large sweet onion cut in slices
