CRISPY Restaurant-Style Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries!
CRISPY Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries! Just 2 teaspoons oil are all you need for crispy, crunchy fries. Season them any way like!
✅AIR FRYER SWEET POTATO FRIES INGREDIENTS:
➤ 1 large or 2 small/medium sweet potatoes
➤ 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
➤1 tablespoon curry powder
➤1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
➤1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
✅SWEET POTATO FRIES DIRECTIONS:
1. Scrub the sweet potatoes and peel if desired (I leave the peels on). Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks that are 1/4-inch wide and 3 or 4 inches long. If the sticks are long, slice them in half crosswise so that your fries are about 3 to 4 inches. Transfer the fries to a large mixing bowl.
2. Drizzle the sweet potato fries with the oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Toss to coat, making sure the spices and oil are well distributed.
3. Air fry the sweet potatoes in a single layer at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Sprinkle immediately with a pinch of kosher salt. Repeat with remaining batches, keeping them warm in the oven between if you like. ENJOY!

Sweet Potato masala curry is a very simple yet delicious dry side dish, spicy and flavoured with a mix of crushed garlic, cumin seeds and other seasonings.
Ingredients:
Sweet potato 500 g
Cumin seeds 1 tb
Garlic 4 n
Mustard seeds 1 ts
Whole red chilly 3 n
Urad daal 2 tb
Onion chopped 2 n
Turmeric
Curry leaves 6 n
Green chilly 6 n
Salt
Method:
1. First crush the cumin seeds, garlic in a mortar pestle.
2. Cut the sweet potato in small pieces and boil them.
3. Take some oil in a pan add mustard seeds, whole red chilly, urad daal, chopped onion, turmeric, curry leaves, green chilly, salt, in this add crushed garlic, cumin seeds paste, and sauté it, and add chilly powder.
4. In this add sweet potato and sauté it, let it fry for 3 minutes.
5. Serve this hot with chapatti, naan or rice.
