How To make Spinach & Feta Bread Abm

3/4 c Spinach, frozen chopped
2 1/4 ts Yeast
3 c Bread flour
1/3 c Wheat bran
1 1/2 tb Sugar
1/2 tb Salt
1/2 tb Nutmeg, ground
1/2 ts Black pepper
3 tb Oil
1 Eggs
1/3 c Feta cheese; crumbled
1/2 c Water
Defrost spinach overnight in refrigerator or microwave, but do not cook. Wrap in dish towel or piece of clean old sheeting and tighten fabric around spinach to squeeze out all the liquid. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. The green spinach running through this bread makes it look like marble. The loaf is moist yet dense and fragrant with nutmeg and cheese. Meat loaf or cold lamb make excellent sandwich fillings, or eat slices with chicken, egg-lemon, or beef and barley soup. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water. Tested in DAK R2D2. Ingredients
Checking yeast
2 tsp castor sugar
7g instant yeast
1/4 cup of plain flour
2 cups of lukewarm water
Remaining ingredients
1/4 cup of olive oil
4 cups of plain flour
1 tsp of salt
Filling
400g feta cheese
1 and 1/2 medium size onion caramelised
1/4 cup of chopped sun dried tomato
2 tbsp of melted butter
2 tbsp of milk
2 tbsp of sesame seeds-optional

Ingredients:
100g Spinach
200g All Purpose Flour
2g Instant Yeast
4g Salt
16g Sugar
40g Water
1 Yolk
16g Unsalted melted Butter
Egg White to Wash
Try not having too much water to blend the spinach, but if needed, adjust the amount of flour if the dough is too sticky.
Bake 15 – 20min at 350F

Ingredients Required For Spinach Bread-
- ½ cup Refined Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Dried Yeast
- ½ cup Milk (lukewarm)
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Minced Garlic
- 1 pack Spinach (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions To Make Spinach Bread-
1. Preheat the oven to 175oC.
2. Add a teaspoon of dried yeast to a cup of milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar and salt to activate the yeast.
3. Then, prepare the dough with refined flour, yeast mixture, salt, and egg.
4. Knead the dough steadily until it is soft and smooth. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, add spinach to the pan and cook it. After that, season it with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
6. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
7. Roll out the dough in a round shape. Put the spinach mixture on it and spread it gently. Add parmesan cheese on the top and fold it evenly on all the edges.
8. Roll up the dough to make a loaf.
9. Bake it for about 20-25 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for some time. Your spinach bread is ready!
