How To make Spinach Puree
1 lb Fresh spinach, cleaned
1/4 c Water
1/2 ts Salt
1 md Garlic clove, minced
1 ea Black pepper to taste
Cook the spinach without added water in a covered pot fro just a few minutes - until tender & very bright green. Transfer to a blender & with 1/4 cup water, puree till very smooth. Place in a small bowl. Thin to desired consistency & season with garlic, salt & pepper. Serve on cold pasta or on hot baked potatoes.

Ingredients
Half Kilo (1lb) of spinach
3 eggs
2 teaspoon of salt
Half teaspoon of ground black pepper
Half a cup of milk
A big size onion
1 tablespoon of whole grain flour
3 tablespoon of corn oil
Prepation
Wash and chop the onions, cook them in a pot without adding water. Stain the spinach using a stainer. Chop an onion and roast it with some cooking oil in a pot. When it is roasted, add the flour. Roast the flour for a minute, transfer the spinach here, mix it well then add the milk,salt and black pepper. Blend everything very well using a blender, and your puree is ready!
Then on the other side, fry an egg, and place it on the spinach puree while serving.

How to make Spinach Puree
In this video i am going to show you how to make Spinach Puree in the easiest way.
For this recipe we need only Spinach and water for boil.
First clean and wash the Spinach. In a Pan or Pressure cooker (I am using Pressure cooker) take some water.Put the Spinach leaves in to the water and let it Boil for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the spinach will be cooked and strain out from the water and let it cool down.Once it is cool just chop the Spinach and Grind it to a pasteand it will take 10-30 second. Your Smooth Spinach Puree is done. You can make different recipes from this puree. Like Palak Paneer, Palak Puris Etc. Etc.

This restaurant style Palak Paneer is made from Canned Spinach Puree, the can used in this recipe is 800gm spinach puree which is good for 20 people serving, I have not found this brand Spinach puree in smaller can, so this much puree is a lot for your every day normal meal requirement, so I prepare the spinach & freeeze in portions, you can add paneer or just season it with cumin seeds, Garlic & onion & add prepared puree & make saag at the same time it's perfect for big gathering. hope you enjoyed watching this recipe, if you have any confusion please do ask in comments box.
