How To make Springtime Pudding Cake
2 9" layers of sponge cake, us
-ng your favorite reci 2 3 oz boxes vanilla pudding
1 3 oz box chocolate pudding
1 ts Almond flavoring
1/2 c Pineapple; crushed, drained
1/2 c Pecans; chopped
1/2 c Maraschino cherries; choppe
- 3 Drops red food coloring
2 c Whipping cream, whipped
Slice each cake layer in half to make 4 layers. Make puddings according to package directions, reducing milk by 1/2 cup for each package. Mix half vanilla pudding with almond flavoring, cherries and red food coloring. Mix half vanilla pudding with crushed pineapple. Mix chocolate pudding with nuts. Whip cream with 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. To assemble: Place cake layer on serving dish, cover top with cherry custard, place cake layer over this and spread with pineapple custard, place layer over this and spread with chocolate custard. Top with remaining cake layer. Cover top and sides with whipped cream. Chill overnight.

Chocolate Spring Cakes | Easy No Bake Dessert
Today's Culinary Adventure is Chocolate Spring Cakes! I based this recipe on my two other recipes - Chocolate Crumb Cake and Sweet Vegan Yogurt. Because of that, this recipe is vegan and gluten-free at the same time. But you can use any chocolate cake (store-bought layers???? or leftovers) and sweet yogurt of your choice in this recipe. The most important thing here is the idea itself!
These vegan pastries are minty and tender and just melt in your mouth. They look just like small sprouts in pots in your greenhouse in early spring, don't they?

HOW TO MAKE LEMON PUDDING CAKE RECIPE VIDEO
Today I'm going to show you how I make a LEMON PUDDING CAKE. Grab your ingredients and cook along with me. RECIPE BELOW

Ingredients you'll need:
• 1 - 15.25oz Box Duncan Hines Perfectly Moist Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
• 3 - Eggs
• 1/3 - Cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 - Cup Water (Use Lemon Juice instead of Water)
• 2 - 3.4oz Boxes Jell-O Lemon Pudding Mix
• 4 - Cups Cold Milk
Instructions:
CAKE MIX PREPERATION
• Prepare Cake Mix as instructed on back of cake mix box (Substitute water with lemon juice)
STEP 2
• Place Cake Mixture in a 350 Degree Pre-Heated Oven (Use Baking Chart on back of cake mix box to determine the length of cooking) Times will vary depending on oven
• Check on Cake Periodically until Toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean
• Once cake has cooked and cooled, puncture holes in the cake (You can use a straw or anything that has a rounded end)
STEP 3
• Prepare Lemon Pudding mix per box instructions
• Add freshly whisked pudding to prepared cake
• Refrigerate to allow for pudding to seep into the cake and to set
• Serve when Ready

With bite-sized pieces of rhubarb and a sweet cinnamon sugar topping, the batter comes together quickly with little fuss. Once baked, the cake puffs up slightly to form the perfect spring dessert.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt, separated
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
For the topping
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt over the chopped rhubarb and mix to combine. Pour the rhubarb into a colander fitted over a bowl to catch the liquid. Allow the rhubarb to macerate until about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of liquid accumulates, 45-60 minutes. Once the rhubarb has macerated, discard the liquid and make the cake.
- Butter two 8.5 x 4.5 loaf pans and set them aside. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter, white granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Using a whisk or a mixer, beat the mixture until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Add one egg and mix to incorporate. Repeat with the second egg and vanilla extract.
- To the wet ingredients, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and remaining salt. Whisk to combine and slowly add the buttermilk while folding. Once the buttermilk is added, add the prepared rhubarb and fold until it is just mixed in. Pour the batter into the two prepared loaf pans and spread the top of each one to an even layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the white granulated sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture evenly over the two cakes.
- Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Once baked, remove the cakes from the oven and allow them to cool for 20 minutes before slicing.

Easy Funfetti Easter Trifle ????
This is soooo easy but super delicious, and it would be so cute for an Easter brunch!
I used the prettiest @funfetti Spring cake mix and made it according to the package. Let it cool and then cut it into cubes.
Then I layered it with this combo:
3 1/2 c milk
2 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1- 8oz container whipped topping
1 c crushed shortbread cookies or golden Oreos
*you don’t have to mix the cookies in if you’d rather them be chopped coarsest for a different texture
Then I added crushed chocolate eggs and used more on top. The marshmallows are from @tjmaxx and grass is from @sprinklepop.shop ????
