How to make a delicious breakfast smoothie with strawberries and bananas.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Cup Milk or Milk Substitute
1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
Honey
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Quick and easy BANANA STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE recipe using a Vitamix blender. I will show you the step-by-step process from start to finish in order to achieve a delicious and nutritious healthy fruit drink (WITHOUT the ICE CREAM) perfect for a snack or a quick meal that the whole family can enjoy.
NOTE: Ice cream as shown in video is OPTIONAL, you can substitute ICE CREAM with vanilla yogurt or strawberry yogurts. These optional ingredients (ice cream and yogurt) are personal preferences only. We made this banana strawberry smoothie recipe several times, without an ice cream or yogurt, and the smoothie came out yummy.
TIP: This strawberry banana recipe can also be considered a milkshake since we added some milk, and some ice cream on it, please note that either ingredients is optional, and has to be eliminated to be considered a raw food diet.
TIP: You don't need juicer to make healthy drinks, or juice, you can use an electric blender to make fruits and vegetables smoothies and juice drinks!

Strawberry banana smoothie recipe (strawberry smoothie) has a refreshing taste of an island tropical smoothie, or cold drinks, this is one of our all-time favorite smoothie recipe!
This strawberry smoothie recipe is easy and quick to make, it has minimal ingredients: strawberry fruits (you can either use fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries), medium-ripe banana, fresh milk, and ice (optional).
This fruit smoothie recipe can also be considered a fruit milkshake (strawberry milkshake) or a shake since I added milk on this recipe, more or less milk depending on the consistency of the milkshake/smoothie that you are going for. In this shakes recipe, I am using fresh fruits (strawberries and bananas), fresh milk, some crushed ice. I love adding milk in my smoothies because they usually came out creamier. As an alternative, instead of using fresh milk, you can also use an evaporated milk.
This tropical fruit smoothie recipes can be a great breakfast smoothies as supplementary breakfast ideas, or late afternoon snack especially during hot summer days!
TIP: You can adjust the amount of fresh milk or evaporated milk, as well as the ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner in consistency.
TIP: If you don't have any ice available, you can also freeze strawberry fruits and/or banana, and use it for making this tropical smoothie recipe. The ice or frozen fruits will make your smoothie nice and cool, which we personally prefer. The more you blend using any smoothie blender, the smoother the consistency of the smoothie will be, grinding the ice finely/smoothly.

2 cups strawberries, trimmed and cut in half
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (organic, if possible)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until rich and creamy. Serve and enjoy!
NOTES
You can use frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones – just be sure your banana is not frozen or the smoothie will be thick and hard to blend.
Try adding a scoop of protein powder to give this smoothie more sticking power.
Swap in some plant-based yogurt to make this recipe 100% vegan.
Add a drizzle of peanut butter to the finished product (it tastes like peanut butter and jelly!).
