These vegan tofu meatballs are easy to make, high in protein and packed with amazing flavor. They are just as good as traditional meatballs, but made completely plant-based! Perfect over pasta with tomato sauce or for making meatball sub sandwiches. The ultimate comfort food dinner recipe!

燕麥豆腐丸(350g):
豆腐 400g、燕麥 70g 、木薯粉 適量、
鹽 ¼茶匙、胡椒粉 ¼茶匙
時蔬燴燕麥豆腐丸:
蒸燕麥豆腐丸 200g、胡蘿蔔 30g、甜椒 40g、鲜香菇 50g、食油 1茶匙、清水 1杯、素蠔油 ½湯匙、糖 ½茶匙 、醬油 1茶匙 、胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、澱粉水(太白粉 1茶匙+清水 1湯匙)、芝麻油 ½茶匙
照燒燕麥豆腐丸:
炸燕麥豆腐丸 150g、薑粉 ¼茶匙、醬油 1½湯匙、味醂 1½湯匙、
糖 ½湯匙、太白粉 1茶匙、清水 ⅓杯、熟芝麻 適量
輕輕翻拌使丸子裹勻照燒汁
Oats Tofu Balls(350g):
Tofu 400g, Oats 70g, Tapioca Starch moderate,
Salt ¼tsp, White Pepper ¼tsp
Teriyaki Oatmeal Tofu Balls:
Fried Oats Tofu Balls 150g, Ginger Powder 1tsp,
Soy Sauce 1½tbsp, Mirin 1½tbsp, Sugar ½tbsp,
Potato Starch 1tsp, Water ⅓cup, Roasted Sesame
Seasonal Vegetable Stewed Oatmeal Tofu Balls:
Steamed Oats Tofu Balls 200g, Carrot 30g, Peper 40g, Fresh Shiitake Mushroom 50g, Cooking Oil 1tsp, Water 1cup, Mushrooms Vegetarian Stir-fry Sauce ½tbsp,
Sugar ½tsp ,Soy Sauce 1tsp , White Pepper ¼tsp, Starch Water(Potato Starch 1tsp+Water 1tbsp), Sesame Oil ½tsp

PROCEDURE
1✅In a bowl mash the tofu
2✅Grate the carrot, chop the green onion and cilantro and add to the mashed tofu and Add the egg, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt combine it well
3✅Add the flour and combine well
4✅When all the ingredients are combined make tofu balls ready to fry
5✅In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the tofu balls until golden brown over medium heat
6✅Once the tofu balls are fried, set them aside to make a sauce
7✅Chop onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and carrot.
8✅Put oil in a frying pan and sauté the ginger, garlic, onion, tomato
9✅Add Black pepper powder, fish sauce, water, sugar tomato paste and salt, boil it
10✅When it is simmering put the grated carrot and fried tofu balls cook it for 5 minutes on low heat until the sause is absorbed
11✅After 5 minutes it is cooked and can be served with rice
Ingredients tofu balls
4 cubes tofu (tokwa)
70g grated carrot ( 1 small size)
20g green onion
12g cilantro
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 Tbsp salt
2 medium eggs
65g all porpose flour (1/2 Cup)
Cooking oil (for frying)
Ingredients tofu balls sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
Grated ginger (1 tbsp)
1 glove garlic
1 small onion
1 small tomato
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
15ml fish sauce
375ml water
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
40g grated carrot (half carrot)
Fried Tofu balls
