3 c unbleached flour -- sifted 1/2 tsp salt 2 lg eggs 2 tbsps tomato paste 1 1/2 tsps extra virgin olive oil Assemble pasta machine with desired pasta shape die. Place flour into pasta mac hine. Turn pasta machine to MIX. Combine liquid ingredients and slowly add to m achine. Turn the machine to EXtrUDE. Cut to desired lengths. Cook 2 minutes, or dry until ready to use. Cook dried pasta about 10 minutes. Serve with Tomato-alfredo sauce.

⭐️ Ingredients 3 tablespoons (55 grams) extra virgin olive oil 3 cloves garlic finely chopped, pressed, or grated ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes more or less to taste 28 ounces (1 large can) (800 grams) whole peeled tomatoes + ½ cup water to rinse can 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste 3 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley chopped

Hello There Friends, Spaghetti Pomodoro today! A super fresh and delicious way to make a Tomato Sauce. My mom would be proud if she saw how this dish was prepared. Ingredients 2 Tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic 1/2 onion 3 Tbsp tomato paste 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Salt & pepper 12 oz pasta (I used rigatoni) 1/3 cup pasta water
Basil & parm for garnish
Cook your pasta in salt in water to package directions (save some pasta water). In a pan over medium heat, add butter, onion and garlic. Cook until softened around 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook until lightly caramelized. Add your cream, then season with salt and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese, pasta water and your cooked pasta. Mix well. Serve with basil or fresh Parm.
