Apfelessig 1 Esslöffel.
10 Minuten einwirken lassen.
1/2 Zwiebel.
1/2 Karotte.
Die Eier sind fertig.

Goldbraun braten.
1 Paprika.
5-7 Minuten kochen lassen.
Salz.
Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Den Brokkoli auf einer groben Reibe reiben.
Es ist wirklich sehr lecker und aromatisch! ;-)

Gut mischen.
Olivenöl.

10 Minuten ohne Deckel garen.
Basilikum 1/2 Teelöffel.
2 Knoblauch.
4 Eier.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Sahne 1 Tasse / 200 ml.
Parmesan 100 gr. / 1 Tasse.
Fügen Sie der Eimischung etwas Parmesankäse hinzu.

Abdecken und zum Kochen bringen!
Salz 1 Teelöffel.
Kartoffeln kochen, bis sie weich sind.
1 Zwiebel.
1 Karotte.
Olivenöl.
Bei mittlerer Hitze einige Minuten braten.
2 Knoblauch.
2-3 weitere Minuten braten.
Röstzwiebeln und Karotten zum Gemüse geben.
Alles gut vermischen.
1 roter Paprika.
2 kleine grüne Paprika
Kirschtomaten.
4 Eier. Salz.
Sonnenblumenöl 5 Esslöffel.
Mehl 1 Tasse / 130 gr.
Mehl nach und nach zugeben und gründlich vermischen.
Milch 2 Tassen / 400 ml.
Petersilie und Dill.
Käse 100 gr. / 1 Tasse.
Im Backofen bei 180°C (350°F) 40 Minuten backen.
Griechischer Joghurt/Sauerrahm 2-3 EL.
Ketchup 1 Esslöffel.
Mayonnaise 1 Esslöffel.

Olivenöl.

Zwiebel.
1 Karotte.
Das wird ein sehr zartes Brokkoli Gericht!

Mit einem Deckel abdecken und 10 Minuten garen.
Gemüsebrühe 750 ml. / 3 Tassen.
Sie können Hühnerbrühe verwenden.
Abdecken und 5-7 Minuten garen.

Brot.
Machen wir leckere Croutons.
Olivenöl.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Geräucherte Paprika.
Kräuter der Provence.
