6 oz UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE
9 tb BUTTER
3 ea EGGS
1 1/4 c SUGAR
2 1/4 ts VANILLA
1/4 ts SALT
3/4 c FLOUR
1 ea CHOCOLATE TOFFEE CANDY BAR
1 1/2 c CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
3 tb MILK
1 oz WHITE CHOCOLATE
HEAT OVEN TO 325 DEG F. CHOP UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE. COMBINE 6 TBSP. BUTTER IN A SAUCE PAN WITH HALF THE CHOPPED CHOCOLATE. MELT AND STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND COOL COMPLETELY. BUTTER A 9" ROUND CAKE PAN. WITH AN ELECtrIC MIXER, SET AT MEDIUM SPEED, BEAT EGGS UNTIL FROTHY. STILL BEATING, ADD SUGAR. INCREASE SPEED TO HIGH AND BEAT UNTIL THICK AND PALE YELLOW. REDUCE MIXER SPEED TO LOW, AND BEAT IN 1 1/2 TSP. VANILLA AND SALT. BEAT IN WITH CHOCOLATE MIX. WITH A SPOON, MIX IN FLOUR. POUR INTO PREPARED PAN. BAKE UNTIL brOWNIE PULLS AWAY FROM EDGES OF PAN, ABOUT 35 TO 40 MINUTES, OR UNTIL A WOODEN PICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN PAN FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN TURN OUT ONTO WIRE RACK. COOL COMPLETELY. CHOP CANDY BAR. COMBINE REMAINING CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER IN A SAUCE PAN, OVER LOW HEAT. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. REMOVE FROM HEAT. WITH ELECtrIC MIXER, SET ON LOW SPEED, GRADUALLY BEAT CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND 3/4 TSP. VANILLA INTO MELTED CHOCOLATE MIX. SPREAD THIS FROSTING MIX OVER THE TOP OF THE brOWNIE. SPRINKLE WITH CANDY BAR PIECES. MELT WHITE CHOCOLATE OVER LOW HEAT. WITH THE TINES OF A FORK, DRIZZLE WHITE CHOCOLATE OVER THE brOWNIE, FIRST IN ONE DIRECTIONM THEN THE OTHER. MAKES 8 SERVINGS, EACH 560 CALORIES, 30 g FAT, 6 g PROTIEN, 114 mg SODIUM, 73 mg CARBS, 116 mg CHOL.

I finally mastered FUDGY BROWNIES! I won't use another brownie recipe again

If you're looking for an indulgent, fudgy brownie that is extremely flavorful and not cloyingly sweet, this recipe is it! Literally one of the best brownies I've ever had! With that beautiful shiny crinkled top (which took me a while to figure out ????), and gooey, rich interior, this will be your new favourite brownie recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup (105 g) dark chocolate - I use 50% dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate chips okay too
- ¾ cup (90 g) flour - regular, all purpose
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter - room temperature or melted
- ¼ cup (53 g) unflavored vegetable oil - I use canola
- 1 cup (200 g) white sugar - granulated
- ½ cup (100 g) soft brown sugar - packed, see note 1 on blog
- ⅔ cup (75 g) cocoa powder - unsweetened
- 1 tsp coffee powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
- 2 large eggs - room temperature
NOTE: In the video I mention 1/2 a cup or 100g of butter, but it should be 113g of butter as stated in the ingredients list above :)
Bake at 160 °C (320°F) with the fan on for 22-25 minutes depending on how fudgy you want your brownies to be (I recommend 22 minutes). If your oven doesn't have a fan option, then you will need to increase the baking temperature to 175°C (347°F). Once done, poke a toothpick into the center and it should come out dirty.

Easy Brownies Recipe
Easy homemade brownie recipe..

Ingredients ????
3/4 cup cooking oil or melted butter
3/4 or 1 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup + 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8×8 square baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix together the oil, sugar and vanilla extract.
3. Add eggs and mix until well combined.
4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
5. Slowly add to the egg mixture until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.

METHOD
1. For the chocolate ganache, take cooking chocolate and butter and in a bowl and place it on the saucepan with boiling water.
2. After the chocolate and butter are melted, keep the ganache aside. Let it cool.
3. To another bowl, add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt by sieving thoroughly.
4. To the cooled chocolate ganache, add sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well.
5. Add hung curd to the chocolate mixture and mix well. Whisk to get a smooth texture.
6. Add dry ingredients and mix again to get a smooth batter.
7. Once done, keep the brownie batter aside for 5 mins.
8. Preheat the oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees.
9. Meanwhile, line the tray with a butter paper and transfer the batter to the tray.
10. Spread the batter evenly and sprinkle chocolate chips, chopped walnuts.
11. Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 mins and bake.
12. Once done, take the tray out and cut the brownies into small pieces.
13. Yummy eggless brownies are ready to be served.
