How To make Tropical Fruit Daiquiris
2/3 c Light rum
1/4 c Fresh lime juice
1/4 c Superfine sugar
4 Passion fruit or guavas
- or 2 mangoes, papayas - or pepinos 2 c Crushed ice
Lime or kiwi; sliced, - for garnish Put rum, lime juice and sugar into blender or food processor. If using passion fruit, cut in half, scoop out pulp and add to blender. If using guavas, peel, chop and add to blender. If using mangoes, papayas or pepinos, cut in half and scoop flesh (not seeds) into blender. Puree until smooth. (Strain out seeds if using passion fruits.) Add ice to puree. Process until smooth. Taste for sweetness. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime or kiwi. Ingredients to make a Strawberry Daiquiri Classic & Frozen Cocktail
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
1-2 Strawberry (Classic Daiquiri)
5-6 Strawberries (Frozen Daiquiri)
1 Dash Grenadine
Directions:
Muddle 2 strawberries in a strainer, add everything else and shake and strain into your glass.. We present to you the Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail.

Passionfruit Caipiroska for Christmas Day!
Most years Christmas Day in South Australia is 40 degrees celsius. Tropical fruit is in season so we seek out fun, vibrant, easy and summery drinks. There always seems to be a fruit platter on the table showcasing watermelon, mango, passionfruit, pineapple and always cherries. So this year we're taking advantage of the seasonal fruit and starting our Christmas lunch with a Passionfruit & Mango Caipiroska.

The Caipiroska is a simple, fun and sessionable cocktail. Customising your Caipiroska is as simple as muddling in seasonal fruit or mixing in a syrup. Passionfruit & Mango are in season currently in Australia so the sweet and tart flavour combo was an easy go to.

INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml Vodka
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Lime (cut into quarters or eighths)
- 2-3 barspoon Passionfruit Pulp
- 1 slice Mango
METHOD
1. Add the lime pieces and simple to your shaker
2. Muddle the lime to extract the juice
3. Add the remaining ingredients
4. Shake with ice
5. Dump into an old fashioned glass
6. Garnish with a passionfruit half
