I have been getting a few people asking me how to make Turkey Stroganoff, so here it is! Derek
For this dish you will need;
1 or two packages of ground turkey
1 medium sized onion
I small can of corn niblets
2-3 small cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of peas
3 cups of rotini noodles
1 medium size tub of sour cream
1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mrs. Dash seasoning or a seasoning spice of your choice (get creative)
Finely chop your onion. Then go ahead and brown the Turkey in a pot with the coconut oil. At this point feel free to spice the meat and don't be shy with the spices! This dish is very forgiving and you can really have some fun with it. Once turkey is almost browned thoroughly toss the chopped onion I with it and mix occasionally so as not to burn the turkey. Once browned, go ahead and add corn and peas as well as the cans of soup. Be sure not to forget to add one can of water per one can of soup and the go ahead and add 1 additional can of water (2 cans of soup then 3 cans of water, etc). Once soup and veggies have been added bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the noodles and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer until a lot of the water has evaporated and the Stroganov seems thick (don't forget to stir often as the heat has been turned up). Once the noodles are soft and you are satisfied with the consistency, remove from heat and let sit for about 10-15 mins. Once dish has sat, go ahead and add the sour cream and stir thoroughly. Serve and enjoy

A whole roast turkey is perfect for that festive family meal... but there's almost certainly going to be some left over. If you're looking for something more interesting to do with it than a turkey sandwich... then try this. Cooking with leftovers makes dinner cheaper, and this quick recipe proves it's simple too.

Turkey Stroganoff Recipe - Recipe for Healthy Stroganoff
Chef Jason Hill shares his turkey stroganoff recipe in this episode of Chef Tips. This easy stroganoff recipe uses ground turkey or beef — but you can also use sliced chicken, beef and turkey in its place.
Ground turkey stroganoff is certainly not the classic version, but my kids love it, and it comes together in roughly 30 minutes. This recipe for turkey stroganoff calls for ground turkey, sliced mushrooms, beef broth, sour cream, carrots, egg noodles, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary).
