How To make Vanilla Pudding Cake
1/2 c Butter
1 c Flour
1/2 c Nuts -- Chopped
1/2 c Quick-Cooking Oats
: Second Layer 8 Oz Cream Cheese
1 c Whipped Cream
1 c Confectioner's Sugar
: Third Layer 2 pk French Vanilla Pudding
: Instant 3 c Cold Milk
: Whipped Cream For Frosting Blend butter with flour, nuts and quick oats. Press in a 9x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and C O O L !! For second layer, mix cream cheese, whipped cream and confectioners' sugar. Spread over COOLED crust. For third layer, mix both packages of pudding and cold milk. Spread over previous mixture evenly (Usually this part is easy.) Frost with whipped cream and grate a bit of dark chocolate (optional) across the top for effect. Chill for several hours. Dough :
- 270 grams wheat flour
- 6 grams baking powder
- 150 grams sugar
- 90 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml vegetable / sunflower oil
- pinch of salt
Springform pan size 25 cm / 10 inch

POUR IN A MOULD
KEEP ASIDE
MAKING PUDDING MIXTURE:
3 EGGS
1/3 CUP SUGAR
MIX WELL
1 TSPN VANILLA
1 CUP MILK
MIX WELL
POUR THE MIXTURE OVER THE CARAMEL
VANILLA CAKE BATTER:
2 EGGS
BEAT FOR 1 MIN.
1/3 CUP SUGAR
BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY
2 TBSP OIL
1 TSPN VANILLA ESSENCE
MIX WELL
½ CUP FLOUR
2 TBSP COCOA POWDER
½ TSPN BAKING POWDER
SIEVE
MIX WELL
POUR THE CAKE BATTER OVER THE PUDDING MIXTURE
BOIL SOME WATER IN A CURRY PAN
PLACE THE MOULD
COVER THE LID WITH A CLOTH
STEAM FOR 35-40 MIN.
COOL DOWN COMPLETELY & KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
