How To make Wagon Wheel Pasta Salad
DRESSING:
1 c Oil
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 Garlic cloves; crushed
1 Lemon (juice only)
Salt, pepper SALAD:
1 lb Wagon wheel pasta
2 tb Olive oil
1 Green bell pepper; sliced
1 Red bell pepper; sliced
1/2 c Chopped fresh dill
- or more if desired To make dressing, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic and lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. To make salad, cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and cool. Place in large bowl. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add green and red peppers and saute until barely tender. Add to pasta along with dill. Add dressing. Toss to coat pasta well. Chill, covered, until serving time.

Wagon Wheel Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
Wagon Wheel Pasta
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Broccoli
Cherry Tomatoes
Croutons
Red onions
Italian Dressing
Instructions:
• Boil Wagon Wheel Pasta
• While Wagon Wheels are boiling, rinse and cut broccoli and cherry tomatoes, dice red onions, and crush croutons
• Drain and rinse wagon wheel with cold water, place wagon wheels into large size mixing bowl
• Season pasta with salt and pepper (optional: add desired seasoning)
• Add Broccoli, Cherry tomatoes, Red onions, Croutons, Cheddar cheese, and Italian Dressing
• Mix ingredients, keep it cool in the refrigerator

Recipe - Wagon-Wheel Pasta & Goat Cheese
INGREDIENTS:
●1/2 pound wagon-wheel (or any short) pasta
●1 10-ounce box frozen lima beans
●1 tablespoon olive oil
●1 large onion, sliced thinly
●2 tablespoons creme fraiche (or sour cream)
●1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
●1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
●1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
●4 ounces creamy aged goat cheese, cut into small chunks
Easy Halloween Pasta Salad with Wagon Wheel Pasta Recipe
1/2 pound wagon wheel pasta
3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 can (15 1/4oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 1/4oz) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cook the pasta according to the package direction; drain, rinse, drain again, and place in a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serves 6 to 8
