Hey guys today 08/06/2021 I had a chance to go to Coos Bay to do a little crabbing. I used crab traps plus 1 crab hawk. Its not on film but first keeper came on the crab hawk which I was pretty pumped about. It was in the water for 2 minutes second cast. Bait used today was 2 year old frozen kokanee. I hate using kokanee as crab bait but after two years in the freezer better to use it for something rather than tossing. Ill tell you its amazing crab bait.

On Sunday, at the Nags Head TOB Expo, the Red Sky booth kept cooking fresh Duck Village Salads with local wanchese shrimp, along with seared rare Yellowfin Tuna and seaweed salad, and the guests loved it!

Outer Banks Beach Treats
I'm on location in the Outer Banks of North Carolina making some favorite meals for a beach week. I'm starting with a refreshing lemon mojito, then I make a roasted bacon wrapped, lump crab stuffed lobster tail. One use is for a salad of romaine lettuce, avocado and tomato, and the other is for a sandwich with French bread, lettuce, avocado and tomato. I dress both the salad and sandwich with my D'Smith's Gourmet Wasabi Aioli.
